Forgive my ignorance - wouldn't a short close show as a buy - as in buying back the shares that were shorted? Or is it a sell because they are selling the excess shares once used to short?

Not going well for Cineworld if you ask me. I'm long and deep on CINE but I'm starting to think Cineplex's argument is valid. The operating under normal circumstances clause it's excused by the Pandemic provided CINEPLEX can evidence they have managed the business similar to how other companies have managed the situation. This guy that's on atm is chatting pure rubbish and Judge Judy is getting frustrated.
