In 2022, EVRAZ plc did not receive and does not plan to receive any income from the activities of ENA.

Can anyone elaborate or speculation on what they think the next steps are likely to be here? Why would EVR be selling off NA assets?

Doesn't seem like a good thing for the everyday investor...

Just got off the phone with them - they are still looking into it and are yet to issue a formal response.

Is that their ultimate verdict? They refuse to provide paper certs or have they just not gotten around to being able to yet??

Would be good to hear from the BOD on what they consider are their next steps regarding shareholders after the transition date...

You know full well these are going to get transferred to the moex. What's to stop RA getting his money then?

It's so they can be sold? RA can get some of his dosh out and they can look to re-list elsewhere. I just hope I can access whichever market it's listed on.

Could do with an update from EVRAZ with an update on their take of this.

Key questions are - what does this mean for shareholders in general? Are we losing out from electronic trading i.e. do our shares become worthless? Could Evraz be terminating this service to look to relist elsewhere?

Sounds like a de-listing to me?
