A fundraise of over 6 Mill on a 8.5 million MCAP is very large. Trying to buy 6 million on the open market could send the SP to pounds very quickly. Perhaps they'll get the opportunity to buy 6 Million at 25p or something in a premium placing in 1 go
Perhaps, but AIM CEOs throw around words such as 'imminently' around like confetti when they mean 6-12 months. So "so close we can almost taste it" could mean anything this side of 2030
Deals get done at COP and it wasn't unreasonable speculation. As long as it gets done in December then there can't be any complaints. If it doesn't though then trust will quickly start to evaporate in January
In my years of experience on AIM I've realised that 'tree shakes' and 'MM games' is mostly BS by rampers. The SP fell because an RNS didn't materialise as some anticipated, no 'MM games'
Very interesting there has been no big 'sell on news' despite a tripling of the price then an RNS. Bodes very well that the sellers are being bought and price held
I was expecting a bit of consolidation today, very pleased to see it held up well at 3p. May well be a bit of fomo Friday tomorrow. Could be flat the whole day but into the close will be interesting to watch
If its over the weekend, then it won't. Itll be a Monday morning RNS. Hypothetically if it was today then they would release the RNS simultaneously with an announcement from MSC
