OK, to subscribe to the voting section on the ii platform you go to account, preferences , update your preferences than you get the option to suscribe to the voting and information service.

I have just had a message informing me that
"some private client brokers are wanting instructions by 11 December 2020 for the SolGold AGM."

I've been trying to vote via interactive investor and it's not as straight forward as I thought. It's necessary to subscribe to their voting and information service which I am unable to do online and the phone lines are all busy.

IF you intend to support the current BOD your vote will be apperciated and there is a significant force trying to subvert the AGM to their own ends rather than in the best interests of the smaller shareholders. ( No big surprise there)

So, get on the case earlier rather than leaving it until the last minutes. Your vote WILL make a difference.

Anyone with advice on how to navigate the voting on different platforms please share.

I might be wrong but if you hold your shares through a nominee (could be the wrong term) I don't think you get one sent to you. You would either download a form and send it or vote through your broker. Ie, ii, hl, barclays etc.
