I can't buy or sell PREM shares right now on HL. Anyone else the same?

Like many have said the fundamentals are still good so holding is fine. Friends can still let friends hold without a guilty conscience. I do believe a new level is incoming today or tomorrow and it seems others are sensing it too. I think more "actively managed" holdings will be sold in the next 48 hours (if the stalemate continues) but I do strongly believe in the stock overall and any sell off will be very temporary imho.

Why is canmax throwing their partner under the wheels just cause of some technical difficulties with production? Should it not just be a case of waiting until issues with production are ironed out? What am I missing?
