I am in the USA at present and hence I have only recently come on line and I noted the content of the RNS on the news section of the Lamprell Interactive investor board. I posted straight away on the Interactive investor board why is it that the owners of Lamprell ie Steve Lamprell, myself and all the others of this board are paying for this fine when the senior managers who made significant profits from selling just before the profit warning have as far as I am aware suffered no sanctions or fines. As it says in the announcement part of the complaint against Lamprell was that although the poor performance had been recognised by senior managers the company failed to stop the senior managers dealing (to their significant advantage) in the shares. Has the FSA not considered this as insider trading and if not why not? Happytom my thoughts are just the same as yours my friend. It all sounds like Yes Minister to me!!!!!!!!!!!!
