Could any kind person bring me up to speed with this company. It sounds interesting and similar in a way to VAL which some of you may have come across.

Very positive update. Building very nicely and potential is excellent. I’ll be adding over the next few months.

Tempting as it is to want the SP to rise the company will not be wanting that to happen. Over the next few weeks of very difficult negotiations they will want it to remain nice and low to strengthen their position. Todays news is a good update buy muted enough so things don't take off. Hopefully in due course the gloves can be taken off and the company will be able to move forward with everyone onboard and happy.

The FCA and the Company continue to correspond in relation to the construction of a Scheme which deals adequately with the key points raised in the judgment on the original Scheme of Arrangement.

In my opinion this paragraph gives a strong indication of where we are and an agreement is close.

ConocoPhillips perhaps talking to PG - it could be the dream deal and explain a few things. Bit of a tease, but just a thought.
