I think the Uni swots were looking at the drill deviation data but I wouldn't know if that would also include assay grades. Certainly the first pic of cores on a pallet 'to go' was March 2nd, the thing is we're doing so much with the core this time - geo, met, ore sorting analysis and assays that we don't know where that package was destined.

Perhaps if we all write to Zak Mir and ask him to project that it's going to tank.....

Haha who knows Bricks but I think four months from drilling commencement to first assays is already a record. Let's see won't be surprised either way to be honest but we certainly need something to perk up flagging PI's!

Any chance first phase assays tomorrow? About a month since they finished 029, I've been wondering if they might want to wait for the ore sorting test work to put with the assays as the lower grade cores might be underwhelming in isolation. Technically I'd have thought they'd be obliged to release in a timely manner once received though.

I suppose Mm's there are a number of possibilities. I originally thought it was a press day in which case unless embargoed everyone would broadcast as soon as possible. Alternatively the access was given with an agreed embargo until we have something to announce which is a win win for both parties, we get the publicity and their package is more newsworthy. Or perhaps more boringly so therefore likely :) it's for a business programme in which we're just one feature. Or none of the above.

Yeah I bet they have some great lunches at the Toral Gazette, can't wait to see the production though, I'm expecting a full box set after all this time, thought it was just for a news bulletin.

Just skimmed through Castillo and hope it does well for anyone in there but correct if I'm wrong do they have AUS $3m cash spread across three exploration projects and only inferred resources? Grades are good and they have a roadmap graphic!! :) problem is it suggests they won't start any metallurgy until after their PFS which I don't understand.

Completely disagree Grappa, this information is very relevant. EUZ does not operate as a AUS registered, UK listed company in isolation from the context of local politics, in-country investment trends etc. Why do you think we have appointed Elena who is specifically focussed on in-region stakeholder groups? The locals couldn't simply take this off us but they could have refused the IP and I've seen so many of these AIM enterprises end in the courts. I genuinely think the attention to local engagement will prove to be one of EUZ's most far sighted policies as we have positioned ourselves to benefit from this growing picture of public and private investment to secure commodity security. Maybe it's annoying you as we're yet to see the positives reflected in the SP and I understand that and share the frustration but I think you're wrong to dismiss it as 'noise'.

I approve of the forensic report but it's been running for six months now, their conclusions are overdue IMO. Still I'm certain it's a good earner for KPMG so why rush :)

Bobby I do find these irritable posts a bit tedious, what's wrong with folk talking about the local news flow circulating around the region and how it might impact us? All speculative stuff but I find it interesting as we await a regulated statement, I certainly think "Mind numbing nonsense" is massively unfair.

Yes I'm hoping they found some good grades there which encouraged them to do the wedges. We do need to be careful not to expect too much on the grades though as we're not in our highest grade zones (unless something completely unexpected is unearthed). Certainly don't think we'll be breaking the detection levels at ALS like 025 did but it sounds like the drilling has gone well and there's a big role to play with the ore sorting.

I agree with you Mm's re. the bags, but I don't think we can do much for the LOM with these shallow drills.

Which ones don't you understand Michael? Must admit I'm a bit nonplussed by the local TV visit, did they decide not to run it? Are they waiting for a big announcement to put the pictures with? Yes! that must be it - massive value event incoming, buy! buy! buy! :)
