Mm's I think that might be a mistake, perhaps the journalist misheard Canada for Cornwall where our metallurgy is carried out at WAI. Assays are done in country in Spain and the ore sorting with Tomra, I think in Germany. I could be wrong but I haven't heard that anything has changed.

Did you blink Grappa :) - I don't think the SP has been adversely affected by Tweeting positive local coverage? Imagine if they didn't want us to see what the locals are saying....

Personally I like the Tweets as it brings it alive for me, would you rather they didn't bother? We have always suffered a bit from being a one trick pony, with just one operation there are always going to be substantial gaps between news. I still don't know why they switched from rolling updates on drilling to phases but the wait for assays makes sense for me. Remember we're wringing the life out of a low grade area so I think we need to see the entire picture with ore sorting to get an understanding for how the economics will be improved. Perhaps the assays in isolation could paint a slightly bleak picture? I don't know just thoughts, Strand Hanson must be happy with the way they're doing it as they must have some results back that they're letting them sit on. As for the 'value event', well it simply needs to be delivered, on this one I am at odds with the Nomad as it shouldn't have been RNS'd if not an imminent certainty (IMO). Appears a few have thrown the towel in today, can't say I'm surprised AIM is littered with corpses that once promised so much, but I still have faith. We should know soon if my trust has been misplaced or not.

Nobody can deny that the funding needs to be sorted as there's still this grey area over how much of the PFS we're good for on current finds. What is completely off the mark is to say that all this interest from the town halls and press 'means nothing', as it is really, really important. If the locals want this it not only opens up potential for public grant support but will give confidence to any potential private investment groups. I'd be interested to know how many AIM O&G and mineral explorers are in the courts with their host country, we had the foresight to nurture local engagement and sure it's not going to bring the herd flooding in on its own but it gives me huge confidence that they're going to deliver this.

Mm's I do think it was interesting that LR mentioned them on Linkedin, I just feel that if we were in talks with them he wouldn't have. Just a hunch, but I do agree that a partnership with them is plausible. Fingers crossed for a good outcome on funding soon, I just can't believe that any Exec with an ounce of decency would have made those comments in the HYP if they haven't got something positive for us coming up. Judgement day soon.

Well we're going to have to hear something soon. Into the fifth month of solid drilling and more staff than ever, we must be burning cash at quite a rate. I'm still a bit haunted by the line about only being funded for 'key components' of the PFS, I know we've had the grant since then but I feel we need some serious finance to put the issue to bed properly. If July starts looming up and we still haven't heard anything it might be a bit of a concern.

Interesting piece Mm's - good to see us in the national media. I think Elena's appointment speaks volumes about EUZ's intention to progress the project in close cooperation with the local authorities. It won't float everyone's boat as I guess we all dream of waking up to that big sale news but I think they plan to take this all the way - next funding should be an indication of how they plan to do it.

I notice that GGP have started construction of a mine before having a PFS. While I don't expect that to happen with us it does show that where there's a will there's a way and I wonder if the Junta are as keen as it appears to get this done they might permit some preliminary infrastructure work earlier than might normally be the case. Mind you they might have to pay for it as things stand.

Mm's because Myles describes the 'value event' as a 'corporate initiative' I believe it to be a funding transaction. One things for sure having said it they flippin well need to deliver something. Someone came on here yesterday to lampoon it and really what can you say in defence of the Exec's, we need proof that the next funding option adds value for shareholders asap or any good op's news will likely not produce a sustained rise in the SP if past evidence is anything to go by.

Sure Bricks, it's a recurrent theme whenever we get assays back but as we all know limited funds have always meant we've concentrated on the larger deposits that will add more to our total revenue. Whether we have the funding or the time to bring it into the PFS I wouldn't have a clue but it's certainly highly likely to be another string to our bow by the time this thing is mined, don't believe me, the CEO said as much and if anyone doesn't believe him they perhaps ought to review being invested in his company. The reassuring thing is we don't need to prove the copper either in terms of scale or whether it is economic to extract in order to have a successful PFS, the Zn, Pb-Ag look like being enough to demonstrate that the project is feasible. So it's possible that even if it shows up again in this campaign that it might be overlooked when it comes to the next updated JORC, I can see a logical case for them to do that as it isn't critical to get this thing built. On the other side of the argument it would strengthen the balance sheet in the BFS if we did have a copper credit and with prices rocketing and forecast to continue for the foreseeable then why wouldn't they look into it? Anyway regardless of whether we can get it into the PFS as long as it keeps turning up in our cores it remains relevant to the future of Toral and an interesting talking point, plus not a penny of expectancy about Cu is built into the SP (in my opinion) so really nothing to fret about if it remains on the back burner.

On 00.33 the core box is marked TOD-034, so that's four drills since the update.
On 00.44 interesting detail of mineralisation.

Not a problem Jed the company talk about the copper but apparently investors aren't allowed to, that was all I was objecting to, oh and you saying there wasn't any :) There's pictures of it on the website "TOD-020 drill core with highly visible chalcopyrite copper sulphide mineralisation" for instance. Whether we can get any value out of it I don't know but why it should be some sort of taboo is beyond me, the one certainty is that it won't be our biggest earner but a potential bonus that I see no harm speculating about and that is after all what we are all doing investing in risky stocks.

Yeah it was a bit hit and miss for me also mfm but it brought the project alive and overall a big positive I think.
