Further to that I just had a thought - we were speculating what it is costing us to keep this drilling crew out there for getting on for 6 months, does this estimate at today's prices give us a rough answer? Simplistic and my maths could be wrong (likely) but can we say €244.44 / m based on these figures? They didn't give depths in the drilling update but looking at the cross section would the average be approx 350m, chuck on a bit for the wedges and I get around $350,000 spent on the first phase drilling. Strong possibility this is bollo*ology :)

Bit of a head scratcher but good to be talking about something new. Perhaps potential JV partner wants the information to scale initial investment to come in on equal terms? I think we payed less than £0.5m for Toral & Lago with a few conditions to Lundin, doesn't look a bad deal in the light of that estimate. Alternatively as drilling costs are spent entirely in-country I wonder if a government body might want to know how much has been spent in entirety to get the project to this point when evaluating a grant application? Guesswork but certainly interesting that someone wants to know the value of the 45 Km of historic drilling.

Quite, I'm sure the vast majority all want the same thing here. We just need to put funding to bed and then the market I'm sure will start marking us up for the positive field work and huge potential of Toral.

Yes that was always BB's problem to mistake debate for being 'shouted down' as I remember. You don't hear Kier Starmer or Boris Johnson go wobbly and accuse their political opponent of shouting them down just because they disagree - no you stand up and press your point. Open debate, tolerant of all views but tough debate if you don't agree. On that subject you have gone quiet on mothballing your shares and expecting no SP movement until 23/24. Have you changed your outlook Grappa? Nothing wrong with that, unlike politicians I don't think a U-turn is always a sign of weakness, keep posting!

Ant I agree, I have never posted with the expectation of moving the SP, just like to air my thoughts, think out loud, hear some others views, agree / disagree / debate and sometimes vent my spleen a little. The topic could be the wider picture or specifically about a single aspect of EUZ's prospects it doesn't really matter, perhaps it's time to move on from this theme, some good news would help that to happen and I'm sure increase tolerance form the self appointed content relevance monitors :)

Grappa why are you suddenly so concerned with the SP? One of your favourite mantras was that nothing will happen here for 3-4 years, 'mothball it' I seem to remember. Not sure what good those comments do for attracting new investors or supporting the SP. If I've mixed you up with someone else I apologise in advance , perhaps I should back through the posting history?

I'm not asking for your requirements to match what I use the board for that's exactly my point - I'm just saying there's space for everyone, take what you want, self edit, call it what you like but it's futile to expect everyone's posts to supply exactly the information you are looking for - inevitably you will find some of it uninteresting and not sufficiently 'EUZ centric' for your personal tastes. If you think it's completely irrelevant say so by all means have a debate, argue about it but nobody can tailor the board to their exact preferences. Well you might not be Highside but somebody else might be more interested in the macro picture. To dismiss the relevance of the Mayors is naive IMO - we only recently renewed the IP imagine if they'd been obstructive? We could just have ended up as yet another AIM outfit in the courts with our host country. Educational engagement has helped us get the R&D grant / loan and we have recruited from these institutions helping our case for further help. In these instances what you dismiss as 'junk' is relevant even if it doesn't interest you, are you hoping that a public bulletin board should be tailored to your precise personal requirements? Seems a bit unrealistic to me. In any case nobody is making you read it, as you think it's just junk noise I'm sure you can risk not clicking on every link posted - also didn't you have something to say the other day about another poster 'relying' on information from LTH's? Lot's of other places to look and research 'SP driving information' - don't rely on this board. There's plenty of space for chat about the whole picture not just the two most pressing issues which I agree are funding and the drilling campaign. Anyway I hope you keep looking in, this board has always had lively debates but I must admit I find this disagreement about how narrowly focussed posts should be a bit odd. Hopefully we'll get some good news soon to talk about and I'll wager nobody will bat an eyelid if someone posts a link that doesn't directly reference EUZ, bit of tetchiness creeping in during a hiatus is my diagnosis :)

Grappa I don't think it does any harm to get an understanding of the bigger picture, but there are degrees of tenuousness I agree. I would recommend not reading it if it doesn't interest you or if you really think it has nothing to do with EUZ point it out and introduce a conversation more 'on-topic'. You're never going to control what people post so unless it breaks the platform rules making it reportable best try not to get annoyed by it. The cement works posts on Fri morning that kicked off a bit of banter (some of which was amusing) I think were possibly misunderstood or at least the significance of having this on our doorstep missed. I guess Bricks assumed everyone knew we have already discussed integrating limestone waste management with them so to lose the the cement manufacturing industry from Toral would definitely be a negative. Okay this isn't going to interest everyone and might feel like 'noise' to you as we await far more important news but that definitely doesn't make it irrelevant IMO.

Yes medication might be the only answer Cjen. Think a bit of emotion definitely spilled out there, the only thing missing was the classic 'paid rampers' accusation. I'm also frustrated and irritated about this 'value event' non-appearance so have some sympathy with Roger but IMO nobody net positive on EUZ is trying to 'con' anyone else and it looked a bit hysterical to suggest it.

Very good antharry enjoyed your joke but I would say that synergy with the local cement works shouldn't be dismissed. Waste management is really important, we've also been asked to restore their quarries which could be a route to environmental grants.

This is really going to annoy people who don't like discussions around the periphery but tough I like concrete :) Just noticed that the smaller cement plant on the edge of our licence is operated by Morteros la Estrella not Cementos Cosmos anyway.

Bricks I think Cementos Cosmos' main factory in Toral de los Vados is on the other side of the town but there is a smaller plant at the foot of Toral which I think is just on the edge of our licence. On the deal it looks to me it looks like the owner of Cementos Cosmos in Toral (Brazilian company Votorantim Cimentos) is buying out another Spanish cement company Cementos Balboa. The phrase 'closing of the operation' might mean closing the deal? The article goes on to say that Votorantim Cimentos will continue to operate in Castilla y León. I hope they will as it should be handy having Cementos Cosmos on our doorstep as I believe it has been discussed that they could take our limestone waste plus I suppose supply an important construction material.

12-18 is the traditional answer mfm :) I also think as you suggest that we're going to have to hear something on funding soon. Unless they get the monkey off our back that is funding worries they could announce another string of good op's and the SP will likely not move. That doesn't mean the PFS isn't positively impacted but we all want see progress in the SP. Personally I think EU money could be the key to everything, if significant funds are a reality then why would we want to cough up a share of the asset? Still for all the evidence that money is being made available for worthy projects nothing is certain and for all we know it could be another relatively small sum with conditions. Ps. Meant exited earlier, it wasn't my intention to 'excite' Gam :)

On the small institutional investors I noticed an example in an EUA related Tweet showing their VanEck holding - also listed was POG with 5m shares so would guess there's others with tiny percentages.

As a LTH I sold some at a good profit at 25p. I've since bought them back higher than 10p so not trying to look clever just proving the point that any LTH who has topped up at opportune moments could have easily managed their average down and excited in the money in the last year. From your last post I'm assuming you didn't and are a bit cross about it Gam?

Not exactly Gam - when the consolidation was announced we were 0.02p, a post-consolidation price of 10p, so we have been well back over that price since, so you can't reasonably say it 'has never got back to anything like', you could have sold up well over 25p intra day late July and over 15p in the spring.
From June 2020 "Set out below is a worked example assuming a Shareholder holds 5,000,110 pre-Consolidation Shares and the Company's pre-Consolidation share price is 0.02 pence (being the closing mid-market price of the Shares on AIM on 11 June 2020)".
I think what Bricks is referring to is the dip we suffered after consolidation when it dived under 5p.

I don't really see a problem with people posting material non-specific to EUZ. Others posters can make a judgement as to whether they think it's relevant and if they think it isn't go ahead and tell them so. I don't have a problem with that either. I would say the broader macro investment climate is relevant to our fate but there will be degrees of tenuousness to EUZ as people look into it. I guess the bottom line is you don't have to read it but if you do feel the need to click on a link and find the content unsatisfactory then it is your right to say so just as it is the right of the poster to make a case that it is.
