Bit more public engagement on Linkedin for anyone interested. Couple of takeaways - sound like the drill program is over as they talk about the "Most recent drilling campaign" rather than current. Sounds like we might have a new geologist as I haven't seen the name César García before.

Interesting stuff Mm's, any chance 042 assays next week? Difficult to say given we don't even know if the drill has been completed as technically successful. Denarius have been quite cute here given they have exposure to all the upside but an easy exit route if 042 contradicts the theory that the high grade resource improves at depth. All the evidence to date suggests otherwise so I'm certainly not expecting a disappointment at 900m.

Just a couple of last thoughts, I notice three of the graduates who were working on the CDTI project have moved on so I think that shows that the programme has ended and we've sensibly trimmed down for this intermediate period. Should also find out if the drilling algorithm can actually be monetised. I remember reading somewhere that any proceeds would be shared between EUZ, CDTI and SPI Drilling so there must be some expectation that it could be commercial.

Don't forget we have the third tranche (€144,792.37) of the soft loan due from the CDTI. I notice the first tranche came late Oct 2020, second early Nov 21 so with the current work program complete I believe it's fair to expect the third now. With the major work programs delivered I would hope that would cover working capital through the change in business process. However as we have seen from the catastrophic political events we need certainty and it would be good to hear more from Myles on a number of fronts. I believe these questions which could be cleared up very easily are putting a brake on the SP recovering.

I think it should be pointed out that there is nothing unusual about the potential agreement being subject to further due diligence by Denarius and obligatory shareholder approval here, as the changes to the business require it. I assume that some kind of prospectus will be issued to shareholders prior to a vote which should contain more info on the enlarged licence. I'm trying to find out.

I'm hoping there will be a steady improvement in the SP. It would help to know if 042 has been executed successfully to the target depth of 900m but looks like we might not hear anything until the assays are back. We also need a clearer picture of the prospects for the potential new enlarged licence - I noted this from the RNS " including the Antonina concessions", so is the Antonina licence more than the old mine? I believe we need much more information on this to be able to accurately evaluate the deal.

Grappa the PFS has to be delivered to the Junta by Oct 2023 so they need to pull all the stops out in the next 12 months. I think it would help the SP if Myles worked on the comms between RNS's, we are in the slightly ridiculous position of currently not knowing if our most ambitious drill to date has been completed and hit the target. Just knowing that prior to the assays would be of significance IMO. They could also do a lot more to sell what exactly are the goodies on offer by enlarging the licence. There must be lot's of information about Antonina that could potentially attract new investors and they seem to be suggesting that there are further opportunities.

I agree CHRI5P but I would like some more detail on this. Exposure to an enlarged mining district is really exciting and it sounds like being more than Antonina. Myles talks about 'surrounding areas' so yes they're thinking big but I don't see it moving the SP until we know more. Talking of which Myles also says the deal values the company at 8-9p, if that's the case wouldn't it make sense for DB & B to be buying on the open market?

CHRI5P good to see you checking in, I think there has been a misunderstanding of what I'm saying. I'm not so concerned about the get out clauses but what it means for us and the project that Denarius are setting so much stall by Antonina. I've been fascinated by the old mine for years and all I really know is that it has become an area of interest for academics for studying various crystal formations, it closed in the 80's due to low zinc prices, CB was very sweet on it and LR reckoned the remaining resource could be accessed from the Toral shaft beneath the River Sil. What I want to know is why Denarius are putting it up front and centre to the expansion of the project when neither company has detailed to their shareholders what the potential actually is.

First option contingent on incorporation of Antonina into the project, looks fairly clear to me. I agree that the two sites should add value - I mentioned the obvious economies of scale that this offers on the day of the announcement. What we have no idea about is what is still left at Antonina so it's impossible to make any judgements about what kind of scalability to the overall project we're talking about. Surely investors have to know what Antonina can bring to the party before the agreement going to shareholder approval.

The disbursement of the remaining amounts required to exercise the First Option (a minimum of US$3.35m), will be contingent on the effective incorporation of the Antonina Mine into the Toral Project (the "Antonina Condition Precedent"). Denarius will have the right to terminate the joint-venture in the event that: (i) Denarius and/or Europa are unable to secure the mineral rights in respect of the historic Antonina Mine area within the 18-month period following the date of execution of the Definitive Agreement; or (ii) if the due diligence twin drilling project finds significant assay discrepancies with the previously Europa Metals reported values".

The truth is a stronger player was always going to favour an orderly transaction and yes, buy into the 'goodwill' that we have established with the Junta. I remain intrigued why Antonina is a condition of the agreement.

So why make Antonina a make or break for the deal? They could also have applied for Antonina and waited for EUZ to wither and die leveraging their stronger cash position. That was a popular assertion in places I seem to remember :)

B1ll I was also always worried about the River Sil being connected to a world heritage site downstream but the completed hydrology should ease those fears. As ever I'm frustrated with the presentation of the recent news. The fact that the deal is contingent on bringing in Antonina tells me that Denarius really want it and also suggests that perhaps they couldn't get it without us otherwise why not apply independently? Of course in true EUZ style they have done little to promote this part of the deal, there must be stacks of data on Antonina. Maybe not having been granted the licence yet that is judicious but just inject some energy into the prospect of a wider mining district would be my polite suggestion to Myles. It probably doesn't help that the deal was announced in the context of current market sentiment.
