I'm not really surprised useless, pretty much everybody knew it was a rubber stamp anyway and we got the lift yesterday once the news was released. So, all the RNS did was confirm what everyone already knew. Plus, there will be traders out there who follow the old adage, "buy on rumour and sell on news" which will have a short term damping effect. But overall, the skies are clear blue for Eurasia, although wet and windy here in Berkshire!

The BOD only needs to release the minimum necessary information in the RNS because their focus is the sale negotiation to which those involved and under NDA are privy to this and much more besides. Let them get on with the excellent job they are doing and reap the benefits as they come.

BBC article today reports that thefts of catalytic converters rose 6 fold in 2019 driven by, " thieves want them for the scrap value of the three precious metals found inside. Prices have rocketed for rhodium, platinum and palladium, with palladium selling more per gram than gold last year."

What the hell was that about then? Up 50% from Monday to Wednesday and then all the way back down again by Friday. Anyone any idea at all what caused that?

Let's hope so. It's a show of confidence which is very much welcomed, but do bear in mind this is an investment of c£25k so he's not exactly risking the house. Nevertheless, always good to see management proactively putting skin in the game.

Blimey, I wish I had the foresight to spend £10k at 1p for 1million shares! I've had to invest £180k on Eurasia building my stake to c.1.5 million, but that just makes me late rather than more committed.

sharki, do you know what's the actually dilution? I'd be interested to understand. this push upwards looks very strong and I know we have a couple of RNS's stating improvements in distribution etc etc, but I have no means of qualifying wha t a realistic revaluation is based on this as there are no values attached. Any help from anyone with more in-depth understanding of the company would be appreciated.

on a climb back up to 23p? That'd need a few more positive RNS"s and confirmation of income streams and a target to reach profitability. But, the direction is very positive and having bought in at 3.43p I'm already very happy.

Mac, my observation was that this may stimulate a bidder to move quicker. If you are going to bid £1 a share and wanted/needed to do a placing you wouldn't do it at 22.5p you would do it later and at a much higher price and get much more for the placing. So, as I mentioned earlier, this may stimulate the process to jog along a bit.......All very positive

Nope, as mentioned before, this will only happen once (and if) the placement occurs which is not anticipated until c. 31st August

That'll only happen if and when they are placed, which according to the RNS will be "on or about the 31st August".

The other thing the RNS does is set some timeline. It says the shares are expected to be placed "on or around the 31st August". Now, if you were making a bid, would you or would you not want this placing to happen?? Think about it.

On the contrary. I think this is excellent. Firstly it shows the BoD is responsible and preparing for every outcome, including that of mining themselves. Ergo, no bull**** prospective bidders, if you don't come up with sufficiently attractive offers we are more than capable of doing this ourselves. Secondly, at full market price! A price that has only been in place for a week! Don't you see the confidence that this means there is in the market? I think this is excellent
