The more I think about it the more I think the Bod pulled a masterstroke with the placing. Without it and the resultant ability to mine ourselves, bidders would have been of the opinion that they could low bid because, "hell, what option have you got?". Well, the answer is clear, "if you don't put in a sensible bid then we are more than capable of taking this forward ourselves, so get serious guys".

Caw1, I think Citic aren't mentioned anymore because they've fipped from being advisors to the buy side. I've mentioned this before, but check out their web site and look at industry sectors. Also check out their revenues and bear in mind they are effectively state controlled. Come to your own conclusions.
