Yes, one buy in a sea of red. Price is steady as a rock, just did a dummy sell of 40k shares and immediately got the bid at 186p so they're very happy to mop up the shares at this level. Must be building a big position for someone. Hopefully see it reported at some point.

Yes, it's been going on for a while. But to be honest I don't think it's a question of someone just rocking up and saying, "here you go there's $X billion, now off you trot". I think the details of the deal which may have new structures, performance components, JV's and god knows what else, means this is going to be very complex and that's true if there was only one bidder. If you add competition into the process that just multiplies the complexity.

I've just finalized a corporate and property acquisition and from HOT's to completion it took 11 months and that was minute in comparison to this.

I would hope for some indication on progress soon, but wouldn't be surprised if this drags on for a while yet.

graking, one of the book runners was Numis recently appointed as joint broker and who issued a target price of 990p and a bullish target of £50, so I guess they did a good job on the book build ))

Brighty, indeed they are if they are there for investment and growth purposes. I took up my placing with ITM Power at 40p a couple of years ago and the share is at 300p now. Eurasia did a placing at 22.5p only a month or so ago and is at 31.5p now. So raising funds for growth and development through a placing is a good thing and in a stock on a great trajectory usually will only cause a small blip on share price growth as it satisfies immediate demand from existing shareholders, but they usually quickly move on.

Oh and by the way, to the complete a4sehole on here whose name I cannot even be bothered to remember, both ITM and EUA released their placing RNS after market close. IN fact, if you had any idea what you are talking about you would know that almost all placing RNS's come out after hours. The suggestion that after-hours RNS's are always bad news is frankly one of the most ludicrous things I have ever seen written on a BB, and believe me I've seen some tripe!

I have just emailed them again (seems I have to after every article they publish) to make the point that their headline bears no relation to the actual RNS. As they wrote, "Eurasia Mining Knows Of No Reason Behind Recent Share Surge", which is decidedly wrong They seem as incapable of reading as some of those on this board!
