Praiser, they absolutely do. They will happily be selling back at 30p what they bought out at 20p and less. It smells of blatant manipulation to me as non of those 27 million shares hit the market, yet the share price is driven down 50%. It's appalling really.

That transaction sounds like it was direct and not through the market, so there was no overhand to shift. Just shows the MM's in their true light again as they dropped the price to take out stops. Didn't get mine though and I'll pick up whatever I can today. I do feel sorry for those that got stopped out though.

Thanks Sakhalinoiler. I know what you mean. Lived and worked in Russia in the '90's when it was real wild west stuff, coup and everything. Trying to run any sort of business was a nightmare an did you attracted the wrong sort of attention (everything did) then getting the right "roof" in place was critical, but even that might not save you. I lost several friends to "non negotiated take-overs". Hopefully it has improved a bit and the global interest that this will be attracting should ensure some degree of normal business practice, but the involvement of one notorious figure in the ownership structure will certainly raise some hackles in the mafia, whoops sorry, administration. Hi MajorOak, thought I would find you over here! have you had a look at IronRidge following their announcement on Zaranou? If so, any thoughts? Current valuation of £69m against a LOM on just this asset of $1.55 billion seems low to me.

Morning all. So we have a life of mine value of Zaranou at $1.55 billion with probable extensions as part of the portfolio of assets and a total market cap of £69m. Am I missing something here? Are there issues with extraction costs or refining that make the total company worth only 5% of the value of one of its assets. It certainly isn't an issue of market demand and others such as Piedmont have shown massive value upgrades. Has anyone done a DCF on Ironridge or can shed some light on the current valuation discount? Thanks
