So as Andrew explains, Defence Holdings is a company that will be used to raise private sector funds to build defence products so that when defence ministries have a budget agreed to purchase a product they can buy it off the shelf rather than have to get a budget agreed and then procure a product that has to be built from scratch. So that's why they've raised money via 300m warrants.
So if Ixian is going to get to first stage commercialisation in December then that means it will be ready to be sold off the shelf. But presumably the MoD, which has been involved in designing it, would need to get a budget agreed to buy it and then go through the procurement process, so it might be a while before we actually get any revenue.
