You can't debate with Sharebel. He never responds to points or questions. If it is what TW and Sharebel say it is, then why do institutional investors hold 40% of shares? They must have done proper due diligence, much more than I can, before putting in large amounts of cash.

Not really big in relation to existing number of shares. We were at 2bn shares when it hit 4.8p so the number of shares now is only 15% more even with today's RNS. That clearly doesn't justify the 54% drop in share price!

Yes I don't follow Motley Fool's advice. But it is useful for facts. The 60% of shares held by institutional investors is a useful fact and quite reassuring.

I agree goupplease. I think there's a lot of people sitting on big profits. Then the first sign of a drop they panic and sell to cash in. But I don't blame anyone cashing in on several hundred percent profit or higher. But with roughly 60% of outstanding shares now owned by institutional investors who won't be selling anytime soon I'm not worried!

Hamak Strategy is a pump and dump. I got in at mostly 0.8p and sold a chunk at 6p and the rest at 2.4p. I knew it was a pump and dump but I was hoping the pump would last a lot longer along the lines of the Smarter Web Company which got up to £2bn valuation. Hamak only managed about £30m before nosediving to £9m.

Think about it this way. It’s like someone needing a new kitchen who goes to a company with their friend as the designer and fitter. Sits with their friend the designer and designs the kitchen. Talks to the fitter who they trust as their friend. They could after all that just walk away and not buy a new kitchen or buy it from someone else. But they really do need a new kitchen. So what are they most likely going to do?

Also just to add I worked as a civil servant for over 20 years with a short stint in the MoD so I know how the government works. As I posted below, nothing is certain but there are great signs imo. As always DYOR!!!

@Sharebel - yes no revenue yet. They are working with the MoD on two products. When a business and a customer work together designing and building a product doesn't that customer much more often than not then buy the product? Would the head of the navy bother meeting representatives from the company if there's not a very good chance the Navy with buy their product? He's a busy man and his meetings are tightly controlled and scrutinised by MoD officials to make sure they are relevant and worthwhile. If they had crap products in the pipeline would they be invited to sit on a NATO Committee??!! Do Google top bods give quotes for an RNS if they're working with charlatans!!?? Google bods will have been all over them to make sure they're legit, otherwise it damages their reputation.

All this is is the classic short termism of the British investor. I've made a quick profit so I'll cash in. Once one does others become lemmings that jump off the cliff too and then you get a big drop. I believe they are expecting contracts signed in December. Nothing guaranteed but what is in life??!! Those that sold now will look very foolish.

@Dusty - I've held this for nearly two years. In my SIPP my break even is 1.35p. In my ISA it's a bit difficult to calculate because I've sold and bought tranches. I've bought quite a lot in the twos in my ISA so I'm looking to diversify my portfolio by selling a tranche in the 4s. I have in the past bought some in the 4s following the drop from the 1 April 5ish highs. I'm 45 so I'm not bothered about my SIPP atm so.happy to keep topping up in that when in the 2s and not selling any.

I agree beardozer. This has lost 78% in two and a half months and 68% in a month!!! Everyone needs to wake up and smell the ☕!!! This is going bust!!!

The most likely reason imo is one that was posted on here sometime ago. The BOD does not conform to FCA rules and therefore they have decided not to offer the shares for sale.

Hopefully we'll break 4p today!
