If we can get the transaction for the "Karaberd gold mine" in play although the equity will be 51% for the company this will be a game changer for IMC shareholders. However Eamon needs to get a move on.
Everyone needs to relax a bit. I do hold IMC and as indicated from the last results they are moving forward with the The Karaberd Mine transaction which will be significant for the company.
Ria that is if they can demonstrate that the debtors have paid back their dues. That will certainly help the share price and new contracts with recurring revenues.
I bought as directors have skin in the game thus will try to get what it is owed to them, hopefully genuinely.
Have a free holding in PTRO. Still a market cap for < £2million so I expect ups and downs. However if it transpires that debtors pay back the monies then 10p+.
Followed a rise in IMC who may almost have Armenian Gold mine.
I presume the $3.2mill will be paid back via the $16mill.
?
Thank you shouldof:

from the presentation in :
As of January 2023, c. $3.2 million had been drawn against the cash call loan facility
Thats all i could find:
Pardon my ignorance but why is Gniess getting paid 500k?
Maybe we will have news next week.?
One heck of a chart, 24p to 2p in the space of one year. Looks like management own quite a bit of equity 29% or there abouts.
shouldvesold " i have also learned that i've been doing this stock market thing backwards"
that made me laugh!
i did have a browse at companies for gneiss energy. i get what you are saying steve. gneiss energy is doing well. latest report 23 staff now up 2 from last year. how much will their fees be this year. they have already taken out millions.
************* also have a few articles on scir and some of their deals.
having said that todays price gives it a reasonably cheap valuation just based on numbers.
You guys come across as real genuine investors. Its a shame when investors are not considered when there is equity in the business, Even CEO taking 225k salary for an investing company.
Nevertheless I've taken a few and will hold for the RNS.
I sincerely wish u guys the best.
I haven't has time to look them up. I suppose the question is when payment is made who will be the bigger beneficiary.
Will Gneiss have a much better day than shareholders?
I'm not sure that bodes well at all.
Wow. Ok
Thank you for that.
Steve I think it goes back further. From the annual reports :
2022 - £489k
2021 - £606k
2020 - £225
2019 - £538k
It goes back further
Big fees for?
Steve just looking at gneiss I did a quick look and it looks likes fees are in excess of £4million. In fact more than that. any ideas why?
This finally looks like it will go ahead. Still can't get any at 0.50p its FoK. I think they have done it.
Cannot buy any at 0.50p. It seems the stumbling block has now gone.
Just out
With the director shares at 1p there does not seem to be much stocking floating round considering the placing.
Its a big fall from almost 5p.
Took up a stake in October when the share price was 15p.
A huge fall since.
Maybe someone will make an equity bid here.
