The assett value alone will see take out price of well over present 8p ashby have bought more, and i wouldn't be surprised if they bought even more as they know the true value of there charactor rights, they may owe 100m to bank of scotland but any buyer will get a bargain at say 16p price which will value ert at £232m inc borrowing.
