I don't think prs will go bust the quote is worth something and nick likes quotes I am still wondering who you spoke to for your information of how things are going, because they seem very different people from the e mails I have received. by now fund managers must have been approached, the price you mentioned 3p is that guess work or have they spoken of that price. I still think there will be a consolidation to make the price higher than 10p but I will have to wait and see.

Dbh is that yours or directors, I must admit if it all goes flat then it will be alot of wasted time and money mind you EER cant afford this not to go through they want the listing, I think the clue lies with LEK who have raised alot of money on the back of there nigerian assets off shore, and if they can do it brady should be able to. I think we should get an idea if all is comming together when prs suddenly has a spert, there will be someone in the know ready to make a few bob. I haven't heard back from nick or alex but I think it could be a close period for giving information out and it wouldn't be in there interest sensative info to pi's.

I have a feeling quote will be back very soon, they will make some kind of oil and gas investment and on the back of new chairman share price will rise and they wil be able to use a placing to increase cash. there is certainly alot more to come.

I doubled my stake just before suspension and pi's said I was a fool, after todays rns, I think I have the smile, with very few shares in open play this will rocket on its return to the market with the right investment, and they now have the chairman to do it.

Twice this year my e mails to brady have brought rns' s, who is running the show, first it was the loan fiasco And now it was nick lees rns. In my own thoughts and I may be wrong I think eer are running the show and brady just happens to be the shell Company they have chosen. This deal will go ahead eer needs it badly as 113 production may be 12 months away and they need the Revenue to pay off the banks, once eer have dotted the I's and crossed the t's eer dirctors will walk in. The more I read and looking at prs rns friday, I think we will here by at the latest end of august I see lek oil Have raised two lots of placing money on the back of nigeria, I think also there will a consolidation on Brady shares 1 for 10 to get away from penny share situation. So what do we have original shares 62m becomes 6.2m placing of 150m shares at 30p raising 45m and issue Of say between 80-100m shares to eer shareholders, there fore making total shares 256m ish valuation Of company 75-80m, they will also put through a vote of to make sure they can issue up to a total 600m Shares giving them a leeway of 344 m. This is all hyperthetical.

R/to continues great progress being made, can't add anything else at present.

That means around 46m shares owned by 10 people or companies that leaves just over 16m left so if they where Owned by 40 people average holding 250k we would have only 50 share holders at present so with prs owning the Most then whatever the placing and deal price there is not going to be a stampeed to sell , I think there could be one Of two outcomes, a consolidation 1 for 10 and placing price of 50p, or issue of shares at 5p plus. Me if this comes off I will 20% and let the 80% ride, we may also get the chance of adding to our holdings by being Asked if we shares in the placing this would suit prs.

For a share that could make about 80 odd pi's some nice money in the next Few weeks I find it quite surprising how quiet it is, I say 80, but that is based On 20m shares with 80 people owning 250k shares each, may be there is more Holders or Less who knows. Keeping my fingers and toes crossed.

I am just wondering if there will be consolodation 61m shares become 6.1m, then shares issued for eer would be Say 80m shares @50p for the company and say 40m shares @ 55p for capital raising, consolidating would give us A company with 126.1m shares and room to place money in future prior to the mega oil receipts in the future. This would be similar to zoltav who did 20 for 1, at my figures we would be 10 for 1. Just a thought.
