No wonder alex can answer e mails and phone calls with so few of us, mind you he has never divulged anything that would have been contravening stock market rules and regulations to me and I thank him for at least listening to share holders. 1.75 0.25 1.8 0.6 4.4m so if you took the average holding of say 1m ish there is only 17 of us, well say 25 max. crazy isn't it.

Now we are nearing hopefully the result we as brady shareholders want, it was interesting how charles hall built his stake up to 5.17 % without raising the price to much, when I bought the majority of mine I was lucky and bought at 0.75 ish. But now shareholders in brady will be wondering what price it will come back at and how many shares will be issued, and wether there will be consolidation.

There are only 38.5m shares in free flow 75.1% are held by prs, 2 directors and three individuals this means that if plutus is involved with brady the shares will move very fast as there is so few about recent share dealings lead me to believe things are going to happen very soon.

Yes thats the general idea, so when it comes to the market you will have original shareholders as described eer share holders given new brady shares and then institutions and selected investors backing the deal so The will be plenty of room for price increase.

To sum it up, there are very very few share holders in brady .

There are roughly 59 m shares 42m are held by prs and I think its 5 others, the rest 17m are held by between 30 to 50 pi' investors not alot .

Theres less than 50 brady shareholders we worked it out when this all came about
