Yes, its along read, there is more to this , I feel we are being told, they are using brady as a vehicle, cheaper than ipo ect.

The other main shareholders have agreed and given there undertaking to vote for the deal.

I have been racking my brains to see what I can come up with, and here is an idea. Oilex have recently given magna energy ( privste comany ) 12% for funds advanced on there cambray well in india , would it be possible that the placing by brady has been taken up by one company and that magna could reverse into brady ? News like this would send brady shares into orbit, and future placings by brady could be made at a much higher price. this is only an idea and I don't have any further information other than my thoughts.

Just a little while longer and I am sure you will understand, last weeks rns was not in the script as you will soon see, just to advise you that I dont increase my shares in a company after that rns like that without Good reason, I have bought prs also. I'll be honest and say to you I don't know who the new directors are and what natural resource they are getting involved in, I can tell you what I would like, a director with full knowledge of area to be invested in and I would like the area to be oil and gas, country I would like myrmar or Indonesia. Ref to rns the other day, who will be joining the brady board ? One thing to bear in mind is the placing price of 0.5p, kennedy ventures placed at 1.25p and went to 4p plus things could still happen at brady with the right names mentioned and it will be a few weeks till general meeting so with still a free flow of 19m shares could be interesting, all this is now depending on a new rns. I have taken my stance by buying 60% more shares. Gla

Just been reading how charles hall built his stake up, I notice fhere 2 x 200k purchased yesterday, may be just a co incidence but thats how he bought back in 2013.

End of day or am tomorrow will tell us and if its 5.9 in two blocks 3 and 2.9m then we know its them, peel hunt that is, mind you one can only guess.

Still got my original 250k and bought another 150k, what do we know, well tkey will be raising 400k, investment south east asia, new directors, if the placing goes ahead there will be 141m shares, and if the 80m shares are tightly held, then there will be 19m shares plus 6 major share holders , prs will almost be in placing. now the guessing game starts what have the new directors got there eye on, myramar springs to mind woburn energy where looking there but failed to get acreage, indonesia, Vietnam, the mind boggles, some who have begun to buy pm realise the partential and I am sure brady will come good. Interesting comment about kenv, they have 85k invested in bison I bought and sold first time round missed out this time, they brought in the experts and the sp responded, who knows what brady have in mind there are so many things it could be, from eer reversing into brady, the other way round from the failure, to investing cash from a placing into a company like xplorer plc for shares, the list could be endless, by the way if either of these are correct it's only me guessing. finally I can say one thing to you, when the eer deal fell through I was straight on the phone to brady, and they where gutted as much as I was, but they said that within an hour they had received some interesting alternative investments for brady, why you say very simple there is such few shares in existence and ideal for placing and Ipo's ect.
