It has got to be easily double todays that would only give a market cap of 2m, top range on the percentage of kog that they are going for 12p, if spr are going to be used as a reverse take over vehicle for kog then name your price, the only thing I find strange is that in the rns it states 28 days exclusivity to kog from I think from 22nd sept 2014. Hopefully we will here this week.

How many aim companies have around 34m shares and about to embark on a new investment strategy in the oil and gas industry, I know of only one xpl. once news hits and spr changes it's name to reflect it's new start investors will flock in. Gla

Just been doing a bit of research, peel hunt where involved in a company called viridias before it was name changed to zoltav resources, hang on to your hats this gets more interesting by the day, and anyone remember the great climb and speculation on zoltav roll on gm and more information.

On further thoughts I think the 1m yesterday was a sell, once we have hoovered that up then we should head north, kevin Jackson former director was given just under 1.5m shares as severance that may or has come into play. gla all onwards we go and I am sure that it will be worth it.

We are not many at present but in a months time there will be many more I am sure, the clue is in the recent rns, OVER subscribed institutional placing the company have raised 400k , and hopefully 150k will be used to take a stake in kentucky oil and gas, which by all accounts wants to come to aim. To me the story is just beginning and the second piece of the jigsaw after the over subscription was the purchase of 1m shares roughthly 8% of the recent placing ammount and around 3% of the 34m shares in issue , we may even get a holding rns. Good look all and hopefully the word will spread.

I sent an e mail to kentucky oil and gas last night waiting for reply, it was really strange how I came across spr, every morning I look at rns at 7am, and as I looked throgh them I saw placing, and reading further I saw over subscribed thats what started it off.

Only 34m shares issued, now that what I like plenty of room for issuing, that will be part of meeting to agree extention of issuing powers by the directors, when you look at some of the companies with how many shares in issue spr must be one of lowest on the whole market or lowest 20.also if they are going to diversify then wouldn't be surprised to see new director.
