Still alive, Mac said in his e mail to contact the exec of monkey capital if I wanted an update at least it is still trading 65 dollars now., now how long have we to wait for highway ?

Hopefully but what as, is another mystery as originally they had a couple of options they where looking at, whatever happens it's got to be better than before.

I had a reply, they are making every effort to bring highway back, can't discuss further due to sensitivity, but at least Mac replied.

I have e mailed Mac for an update 're highways future as it seems from what I have read monkey capital has been Marked down as a scam, or none starter.I won't hold my breath but who knows, they owe it to us worried shareholders.

Monkey no trades today as far as I can see, plus have found an article saying monkey is a scam.

I was advised that whatever happened with the fund raising had no bearing on highway commuting back, I am glad I know that as mny monkey has been an absolute disaster.

What a joke, am I reading it right from a high of 60m us dollars to just over 1m us dollars , ico um.

That no news is good news, but as far as highway is concerned it's very frustrating.

Highway is loosing me, it was suspended so it could sort out a reverse takeover,which at present looks like svs,so as Far as I am aware if it just takes a stake in the company without taking it over then we are back to square one, the only Other way is to offer the stakeholders in svs shares in highway, and then they should be able to come back to the Market. Any other thoughts welcome.

Good job the fundraising won't effect highway, or so I here on the grape vine, coeval is being hammered at the moment Was over 0.50 a few days ago now 0.11.

I wonder how this deal is going to work svs have stakeholders who have just over 67 million shares And highway have or will have just under 10m when harrison take the 10m for 200k it will be very interesting Indeed.any thoughts

The big question is what investments will svs/highway go for, one must be from eastern Europe hence the chairman's Neck of the woods others ?, due diligence would have been thorough on svs to make sure no hidden skeletons in there cupboards. The other question is what price will highway open at and what dilution ? Gla not long now .

Re the call option, I read it like this when highways price reaches 1.50GBP , harrison will buy 3.5 m shares at 35p, As long as no major change has been made in the companies share , 50m shares @ 2p, if they do take it up There will be roughly 13.5m shares in existence with 36.5 m available.
