Pure guess work on something I read last night, private company international water solutions

If it does happen I expect rns after 4.30 and then trading Monday, found it strange AGM at advisors.

I didn't comment on who advised me.

This is how it looks to me total shares sunda and baron 5,777,000.000
1 in 100 consolidation shares now 57,770,000 at closing price instead of 0.12p now 12p
raising £4.3 m 43 million shares at 10p
so i have 450,000 shares i will end up with 4,500 @ 12p
any advance on my figures.

I would be interested to know if mrs pavasi did sell out, and if she did how many shares have

I think consolidation will be at least 1 for 100 and give baron a new price of 12p as it stands
Today.its been on the cards, we will now find out what sunda gas brings to the table.
It should be interesting if Colter news breaks prior to Christmas.

The rns will not come before AGM, t will be after. It will be results of AGM and hopefully details
Of reverse takeover.

i will wait for next rns that will add more meat to the bone, plus money wise corfe energy sold its stake back to the
main operator a couple of weeks after the well was complete ( corfe energy link with baron oil directors )plus when
the new rns comes out re south east asia 0.13p will be a thing of the past.

If my memory serves me right the company paid sunda gas 50k a month for the first 6 months
There was a big thing about it at the time as they where family linked, further to the six months ?

the announcement says baron will be issued with 33.3% , remember baron started subsidising sundra gas
