why on the 30th july they pay over 559,8612 euros then when it comes to second they re nague.

concert party have a big problem, with the 4m shares being sold there % would now be less than 50%
and therefore not giving them the controlling interest.
so the main reason the money has not been forthcoming is that they need to sort this 4m sell who and why
was it done against the laid down rules on the lock in.

am i missing something re the rns 21st nov 2019 where does it state that the money for the second phase should be with
petrel by the 6th jan 2020 ?

to me the concert party will not pay over the second phase of money until the 4 million sell trade is sorted
once this is done then the amount for the 65m ish shares purchase will ber sent to petrel.
