I seem to remember reading that NT is in States this week I'm just wondering if its to do with the seed sales and a deal,

I'm thinking about buying more shares just sold some stuff that was making but not much. Its about all your eggs in one basket. Then again its put up or shut up and get while the getting is good. So its a split decision atm lol. oh well got 12 hours before the market opens to think about it.

So folks a new week tomorrow. Do we think the SP will go to 10 p ? its 0.13 USD on the OTC ( 10p ). will we get an early buying ? my guess is that we will if you look at Fridays end of play data.

Assuming the water issue is fixed in 2 weeks ish, what would we expect the share price to be if hh1 continues to produce at the current rate and hh2 produces at or beyond 700 to 1000 barrels a day?

If they start working on it Monday, how long will it take to sort it out? A week? anyone know? The sooner this if fixed the better for the SP.

I believe he does ( I am also been reliably told he does it any where he wants to ) A bear and a white rabbit were doing their business sat next to each other in the woods and the bear asked the rabbit if it stuck to his fur. Needless to say the rabbit not white anymore

Are the share holders going to see it that way? yes its good for the companies bank balance, but any dilution usually results in a drop in the SP

so unless the share price dramatically increases ( say doubles in the next 28 days ) He is unlikely to exercise unless he has 1.2 M spare at the moment. But there is nothing stopping him borrowing 1.2 M and buying the warrants though, so lets say the share price doubles ( which at the current rate it might well) say 18p a share and he buys in at 5p and it drops 15% of 18p 2.7 p to say 15.3p are you going to exercise your warrants YES YOU ARE.

Do we know if he has got that kind of money kicking about?

He would need 1.2 m to buy 24m at 5p

If he has the spare cash just buy 24m at 5 p and sit in them I do not know anything about this guys finances to make that call.

Ok then what level would the SP need to rise to for him to exercise the warrants? The thing to do would be to figure out what that is, sell just before that level, then buy back in after the dilution. if there is 149 m shares then the dilution is 24m on top then that's about one sixth of the total shares so I would expect the SP to drop by that amount. Is it he end of march this year the warrants need to be exercised by?

Well I would have thought the lower the share price the less chance. If he does and there is a dilution then the SP will go down, but it might be the companies intention to jack the share price to pay him off. They not stupid if we can work it out so can they, just means we suffer so that individual can make money.

Yesterday went well, we hit 8p and a little over for a short time 8.5 today ? I could settle for that, or is there a chance the market might correct down a little ft took a bit of a dump yesterday? we will have to see.
