This guy has been spamming boards with this fake rumour he has started conveniently just after he bought in. Also known as NEIL777 the banned user has created so many accounts this past year admin have lost count. He has been banned so many times. First if you look he has over many months traded this often under other names. GEX board know this. He has played you all and is playing you. Now reasons why his rumour is fake and its never given with a source lol. The permit can be publicly checked Neil you do realise this but as part of the application reports is still outstanding you’d think someone who has been camped on here for months would know this. He was last time ramping every minute of each day sold as he claimed a negative event then as this is a volatile stock uses the drop to buy back in and ramp away every minute. This guy needs removal for good. He spammed about 20 boards with this. He also has other accounts he has conversations with on here. You will find if he gets banned (admin about time!) he will create a new account on here and the cycle repeats. He also buys small amounts at top of the ask to create a fake impression of a price rise so it looks in that 15 minutes live until trade shows up that it was tiny and does the reverse when he wants it to go down. He will no doubt (he is my stalker) scream his innocence and tell everyone how I am jealous, want a cheap entry price, name trades he thinks I am underwater in etc etc. Honestly he is a charlatan character who once like the rest of us bought in cheap at HE1 and thinks he is some kind of share god lol! No doubt he will call me a bell end etc yawn but if you jump in on this persons spamming ramps know that he will be jumping out. If he gets banned he will create a new account and you will find him back here and on ENET or used to be INSP or DKE or now KEFI, back to HE1 and QUIZ. But he has other names he uses too.

So this Director resigned due to bankruptcy and she held 100,000,000 or 5.14% company so they will surely have to be sold? It has been several months since this was announced on 24/10/24. Behaving as I said it would. The LTHs attacking this message of possibility of a raise at the same time saying they don’t care! Look pre Xmas entries in at 2.00s so you all LTHs as does the market rely on volumes traded from all corners of the market including traders. MM moved buys up to minimum small buys @9.00 and over that they want 9.50. If you want in to this new IPO discount on 13.50 ii paid last week on listing then now’s your chance as clearly MM don’t have a lot now sub 10 left hence the fake wide spread! IMHO DYOR GLA

A lot to unpack but all very positive with the near term being used several times re accounts, lifting of suspension and settlement re go-ahead on Texas/GV. 8 million @9p minimum gives company 720k so that’s the bench marker of minimum need. Think with this added insurance to sophisticated investors/ii this will produce a much, much higher bid price for us! Next week is pivotal week and we may hear news on all fronts on top! The Petroquest loan facility as per last accounts 4.2 million used (5 million facility) maturity date can be extended as per this line

This will stop shorts borrowing and MM as it is a designated order- personally I am not exiting until PPP gets back over £1 so my own target is over £1.50. I strongly suggest holders with the very small available free float even with the additional shares allocated in placings that you place a very high sell order £1-£2 on your positions (not investing advice) as when suspension lifted there will be an awful lot of antics and shenanigans especially if rumour of large short outstanding is correct! If we are back on track with GV a pound is bargain territory! ATH here £1.12 and a lot of investors holding in 40, 50, 60 + region anyway. PPP had pre GV deal fallen back to ATLs bottom barrel so a bit of perspective needed here. If HE1 can go from 0.1840 to 3.70 in a few weeks then it’s not climbing Everest for PPP to get back to trading at over £1 once all thats needed to be satisfied is done. Because once back on track we know this is the last time we need money as we will be coining it in from Texas oil field sales! IMHO DYOR GLA

Calm needed so for god’s sake simmer down yes it’s a stressful wait but in fighting amongst yourselves serves zero purpose and adds fuel to the deramping shorts narrative. So look filed today the in suspension placing shares at 6p and 12p completed. So interestingly that includes all 3 allocations now so company must have received the money for all 3 totalling 780k. All the classic hallmarks of forward selling here. Any attempt to rise is heavily sold in to. Everyone busy raising cash even those who said they wouldn’t are taking the January new year route to grabbing some cash as things will get increasingly difficult on the markets to do so. I judge that it’s going to be around 4-4.50 marker more the former as typical 25%-30% discount sees the current SP at this level. Why join LSE if you’re not going to post and then criticise those who do a lot of things & posts to highlight. Have you any contributions here other than to bat back Bill’s muscle for a lower buy in price? Current entry is very decent and I believe will pay handsomely especially as the available free float is tiny so any interest build as word gets out about this new 2nd generation AI stock will snowball it. There’s a lot of big name investors who have stumped up 13.50 here for an entry last week. The last dregs of old ALTE now sold and this should at first stop be drawn easily back to IPO price and some with more volume which will come. First day trading on post xmas 30/12 in a quiet time went to 14.48! Pointing out this to new people looking in is not ramping it’s mere facts. IMHO DYOR GLA

I would also add that Peterhouse Capital organising the Dutch Auction would not come out of this well if they couldn’t get interest and bids for paltry 8 million above 9p come on seriously? This has traded at ATH £1.12! They'd never be asked again! They are hired for their experience and expertise in such matters. IMHO DYOR GLA

Its only 8 million shares tiny addition as only 110 million in issue and tiny available free float would be churned in half a morning trading. You all need to remember that no retail investor/pi has had any opportunity to buy any shares here since 31st July and post the RNS of the big deal Sale and Purchase legal agreement to Globalvision. Now yes we have had an intolerable 5 months suspension and a few twists and turns however the satisfaction of a few loose ends is all now to get this back in play. Reminder of the game changer deal here with GV. There is also little wriggle room for GV but we know GV definitely wants to also get it back in play. I would not be surprised if they themselves might bid on the auction even. 8 million shares are you honestly saying that the company couldn’t attract sophisticated investors after one stumped up 12p for 120k’s worth in suspension & company offered 10p by ii for big stakes in PPP here which company didn’t take ? If you took a cross section of pi’s you’d find a few handfuls would add up to 8 million ownership! Everyone is on edge however Lunn has his plan and in the grand scheme there’s not that many problems to solve. A 500k debt which can be easily fixed and possible additional land owner/royalty payments. GV want and need this S&P to get going asap and I believe it will. A lot of people spending a lot of time to paint a more negative picture than actually is in the frame says they have a lot to lose when this auction concludes and we get accounts signed off and unsuspend back to trade. Last minute trying to put off people bidding. Ask yourselves all why? Teams on here and other platforms doing the same! Now we may know the outcome after hours but think 7am Wednesday more likely.
