Market hates delays like this and uncertainty wasn’t it supposed to be permit by December? Also it was clear as mud looking at DEMIR website with detailed information that the application would not meet the 15 working days that it was always going to be minimum of 60 WORKING DAYS to me! Even posted link of official timeframes yesterday but rampers ignored. Nothing on the horizon here for months it will simply drift down! IMHO DYOR GLA

No anount of rapid ramps will support this big delay the licence even if they put in 2 weeks which is being overly positive sees any application for the permit not approved until well into APRIL. So if you deal in facts eg the truth not rumours you could see there was no submission of an application as the website is public and as posted via my link also the timelines for different applications. If the report needed is delayed by severe weather it has to be actually done on site as stated in RNS eg in a few weeks when weather settled THEN put all together in application and the clock starts on 60 BUSINESS WORKING days not calendar and that takes you well in to April. Only 80% of applications are 60 days if there’s any objections or further info needed it can take even longer. What a mess. Santa2024 started this fake rumour and has his side kick Bbnpo1 appear whilst he was banned. Interesting they both bought in and now the SP will plummet as the company overpromised and severely under delivering! The rampers all have egg on their faces and its matted in Santa’s beard now! That’s actually bull - I do my research and have posted the timelines link from DEMIR and checked the DEMIR website which has all applications and nothing been submitted, Bbnpo1 you have issues mate but even if it was submitted next week it would be beginning of February at maximum earliest. Sorry to burst your bubble but if you spent 5 minutes you can check all applications. GEX BOD need heritage and environmental both take time to complete and have been delayed by severe weather and Xmas holiday closures. Businesses only went back fully this week. No if you had checked the DEMIR register theres no application so we see bbnop1 has bought in and he’s starting to sound like Santa. No application submitted yet need 2 x in-depth accompanying reports needed which cannot be done overnight . So even if it was submitted tomorrow you are looking at very end Jan/beginning of Feb. The time frames cited by company hmmm unlikely 15 working days it says here 60 days but the 15 days is only for programme of works NOT a works approval and licence which takes 60 days from submission. Worth baring in mind that these time frames are only for 80% applications. 60 days is March. IMHO DYOR GLA

But the fake misinformation rumour is definitely market abuse and not the first time he has indulged in this same type of scam. Under one of his other usernames he admitted with boasting what he does. He sold out then said sorry guys it wasn’t true. Beware. Closed at the mid price but MM after 9.35-9.68 depending on volumes so a few decent buys will tip it back into 10s soon. Fantastic entry price and a great buy for 2025. AGAIN No permit gets ‘fast tracked’ DEMIRS have strict timelines. Even if they had all the reports which they don’t due to bad weather, site access and xmas holidays the office didn’t open back up until the 3rd. The timeline for applications for permits is in working days so it would be an impossibility that they would have it. 15 working days takes you to very end of January. IMHO DYOR GLA
