Right so having digested the latest information RNS in this saga we are being dragged through here’s some thoughts.

First the AGM announcement with date and location is a positive sign that finally accounts will be signed off prior to 17th February but also annual accounts need distribution to shareholders prior to this date.

The signing off and publishing of accounts means that the company has to be a going concern re assets and debt structures in place. The extra surprise amount of another $300k is clearly associated with Noble re dollars not GBP but in terms of debt is only an extra circa £249k which in the scheme of things and asset worth is peanuts.

The cornerstone investor and use of that terminology suggests that they are going to take a big stake in PPP not just settle extra amounts or a few hundred k in a placing. But I think the over dramatic RNS may be paving the way to this cornerstone investor getting a good old cheap slice of the PPP pie. Fine if that’s what it takes or they may also be wanting a seat on the board which is likely if they really do put in a shed load here.

The problems we have found or been found out post suspension and the original transformation deal with GV for PPP are all solvable with a bit more cash. I also think that GV had a pretty good deal with PPP and it may be that we have attracted a better JV partner here with the vast amounts of oil/gas even lithium. So the best case scenario we end up after this overly stressful drawn out saga is that we get released and rewarded with an even better situation than we first thought.

The daily bickering is just reflection of all our stresses and the frustration and kicking out at a situation we all should never have been placed in. A new board and a new future could be and should be on the cards for us all.
