Facts are look at the TR1s both Spreadex and Cantor selling and the holding prices they have are way below current. CEO let shareholders down and his X pumps were shameful if you look at the SP now combined with we won’t dilute then bam discount placing explains why price would never hold above 30. If you read between the lines it’s going to be a while. Also Laura it’s being sold at the moment by both Spreadex and Cantor it seems both still have lots to sell. Didn’t they enter in the summer lows so the placing price is irrelevant now. They can profit here all the way down to sub 10s! IMHO DYOR GLA

Affm which is why people who hold here need to place a HIGH sell order on their holdings eg £2 to protect them from being lent out and borrowed as it acts as a current order in play and they can’t thieve them to lend to shorts. IMHO DYOR GLA

I am now we effectively have GLOBALVISION as our CEO looking for minimum of £1.00 here preferably £2! The company will come out of suspension in a much healthier place and we enter into the market just as the new Trump Drill Baby Drill era gathers pace- all things USA oil gas and almost forgot about lithium are hot hot hot now - all bases covered. Do you know what I totally agree here. Been out playing golf this afternoon & time to reflect on not only this placing scenario but also the way it was done. The guy playing with asked me why on earth would you invest yet more money into a company who has so little regard for its shareholders. Lately one after one placing has come straight in or there’s a weird managed decline in the SP after a good development made then company spins the media rounds and then boom a placing at a large discount. And they do this knowing that it is arranged. It does not get done overnight. I find this behaviour wrong and someone who isnt in this game has a clearer perspective than perhaps some of us here day in day out. There’s been so many placings done even when they are fully funded have stated they won’t raise or don’t need to raise - GBP and HEX being recent examples & now QED just today after hours. We are always the last to know. I was really behind QBT’s development excited for it that the company had really done something amazing here. But little comfort to find that your faith is knowingly kicked in the balls over & over & ii get the immediate profit at our expense. Too many companies are happy to pull one over on us simply to get £ in their bank. I know companies need to raise but I feel very much taken advantage of here. Thankfully I can average down but I am not willing to. Will see how this goes but I no longer feel comfortable holding any shares overnight and will over the next few weeks start selling down positions unless I am completely satisfied that the rug will not get pulled on me. And even then maybe not as we have seen so many statements made from CEOs saying they won’t dilute & then an offer comes in & they weaken. Or they do ridiculous deals like ORCP. I actually behind the scenes personally tried to muster some further coverage but clearly it was a waste of my time! Luckily I can trade others may not have the skills or funds but it takes a lot of experience time and religious effort to do so.

Those who think I am some sort of share promoter is a lie they tell themselves. I am not trading this it’s a position hold so the advantage today is opportunity to buy. The shares are there to be picked up and happy to buy more as I have the funds. If you believe they were forward sold then you will have to rely on pi’s selling which is the only pool to buy. I doubt as we know various meetings are taking place next week that people will sell on this more likely to hold and add. This is the stockmarket and similarly like eg GST on their announcement the share price went up to 2.50/2.60 on a 1.90 placing because the demand to buy and increase holding was so high. Company is well funded better than ever & produced an incredible product that has never ever been done before proven 30% increase advantage in BTC mining ability which they are about to sell in USA. Board will be overrun by clowns today told you so etc - in any stock there is always the possibility necessary or unnecessary because good news attracts investors to it & companies will take funds if offered. We are on the brink of greatness here best position QBT has ever been in. Like I said have immediately placed buy order as doubt will get it the amount on open market as a lot will also be angling to buy more cheaper shares.
