No money only for day to day operations cash shell with a few k that own nothing and need to make an acquisition via a heavily discounted placing. Pretty common knowledge in market with investors they are going to RAISE and therefore DILUTE in fact THEY TOLD YOU ON THE RNS! So sub 2.00 (last raise was 2.20 for funds day to day ops) so the amount of cash needed will mean a very low price to get enough capital! So that’s an immediate -50% loss on announcement or more!
