So please explain how/why the market would rerate this on a long delay to even getting through the first ket hurdle for a Mining License approval from NTA (Native Title Act)? So the consultation period doesn’t even end for the salient Native Title Act re application for conversion of Prospecting License currently to an actual Mining License until 29th May! Then it has from there IF it gets approved re NTA to then move through the rest of the process of more months before sign off so looking at Q3 2025 earliest!

All you buyers are doing is allowing them to make a mint on their placing shares. The agreement makes zero mention of any revenue so it clearly is a trial agreement only and now this is clearly in overbought territory. Chasing the price up when you know ii have 0.0625 shares is never a good look. It will come crashing down with a bump now both traders and MM sell ii placing churn. Not enough to sustain this! The spread was over 18% lols. I have looked at CapAI in depth & read the 90 page report. Seems this is simply a coincidence in name and no patent to the IP can be found? It’s a uni colab start up. CPAI formerly nearly busted DKE do not have the funds (day to day spending only) or staff or infrastructure to take a project like this to any actual revenues. You would be talking years in the making as zero groundwork been done. Tech/AI world moves fast not snail pace. If this was so good (tool been around since 2022) it would’ve been snatched by now by bigger AI company already who do have the millions it would need to take to market it. Whatever CPAI do acquire they have told you in the RNS they will need to raise £s to make an acquisition obviously or I would say they would be in breach of their liquidity rules and not a going concern if they spent all the cash for operations on an acquisition.This isn’t opinion or deramping as you all well know. It’s lagging because the warrant holders are selling as they hold vast amounts of stock that the BOD gave away and distributed a stupid discount making them 0.004/5 to 0.0014 with the discount applied. The BOD and CEO do not care one jot for shareholders as has been proven. Over and over the LTH telling people not to invest as endless false promises were right! I did try at least and save a few souls yesterday making the same mistake as me by investing here. Took me ages to average down and thanks to the idiot rumour monger and I warned you and like a gent didn’t ramp it, share price moved up on it and I took the to exit to run away fast! MM already worked the spread down now 0.0950 they are little tykes aren’t they!
