He was banned last year for this then since then has created numerous new accounts often multiple in a day. He is well known for it - just ask GEX and GST LTHs. Tried it on OBD this morning already under now banned username. He uses them as burner account. He buys in (they are his buys) then begins the fake rumour using a new account.
