As the contract is related to the recent combined Japanese/European win, we guess that the contract is related to the Nissan/Reanult/Mitsubishi alliance. We assume Smart Eye has won design wins related to Nissan and Mitsubishi, although we do not know in which order (Today's contract is related to one of Japan's largest OEMs and in our view Mitsubishi is not on that list). Given today's news we do not find it likely that Mitsubishi would win a larger share of the DMS market than Smart Eye (EDIT: Mitsubsihi also sells DMS).

A quick question Schlemiel. If you are selling at 4.6 (and that is the selling price as I've tried a dummy sell a few times this week) and Lombard (or A.N. Other) are buying for 4.6p, how does the MM make any money?

I wonder whether they want a decent, in fact the only, BDMS made for autonomous test vehicles? I know they've only got five so far, but the kudos would be pretty decent.

As per a question I asked here recently but went unanswered, was there any inkling as to whether we are the sole DMS provider to the remaining Tier 1's in any outstanding RFQ's therefore making it a fait accompli?
