Zequic. SEE aren't on the NYSE so it doesn't make any difference when that exchange opens. It's the LSE opening time that counts.

isb. It doesn't need the US to open as they have to buy via our market anytime once it opens. So they can buy anytime from 8.00am UK time. The only difference is that most of them were probably asleep at that time apart from those who were in the know.
