They did not promise an RNS on CM.They stated they expected an independent technical report to be released by the end of the year.Jeez,how many times have we gone over this!

Most people believe that was an error and the report is expected to be released by end December 2023.My point is,it does not say an RNS will be released by end Dec 23.

Now, I'm really curious - this appears to be the 'wellhead' agreement referred to in the last RNS. Is that the same as, or additional to, the 'industrial' agreement mentioned there as a prerequisite for the start of flow testing ? Have 2 MOU's been signed? - Super Cérame was widely flagged as the 'industrial' customer, and it was floating around the market, from whom I consider to be well-informed sources, that this was signed over two weeks ago.

At least we now know MOU signed and testing to commence in January which,allowing for holidays etc is only 18 market opening days away.

IJWT-IMO you are being ultra conservative.From Proactive presentation Sept 2022:

1)Onshore gas discovery near a pipeline ready for a Europe desperate for a new supply.Low capex.

2)No tax payable to Moroccan government for first ten years.

3)Captive industrial market within Morocco

4)Government royalty is only 5% after first 10.6 bcf gas which is worth $78m revenues net

5)50mmcf per day would generate $292 m gross revenues per annum based on $16 gas price per mcf.Apply your own p/e to that.

6) Able to monetise quickly due to closeness to highway for trucks.

7)Debt free,Main Market listed.

8)Future wells can be drilled very quickly (days)

9) All of this was before the extremely promising results from MOU3

10)I'm sure others can add further points but I'm fairly certain we should be applying a premium here.

11) News soon I'm sure will propel this into the pounds imo.
