Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
This is amazing news. Everything is lining up nicely, honestly I'm happy to continue to add here. Market conditions (last 3 years) are the worst in 20 years so this doesn't help with the SP.
HOWEVER it can't stay like this forever and with more news no doubt on the horizon, this price is a steal.
People just need to realise this is a medium to long term investment.
Great management and team on the ground. Well done and hopefully good news to come!

You talk absolute BS. Shorting a stock you have no idea about. If it goes back to 9.5p I will be buying a lot more.
Go back to your COPL board son.
CS737 - If you don't like what you see then jog on. No point in posting disingenuous information especially with no backing at all.
The company has just formed with great fundamentals, I am not sure you have even read the prospectus and the projects they currently have on the go, which are fully funded and 100% owned by the company. I get people like you trying to get below IPO to make a quick buck. Honestly good luck to you fella but all I ask is stop chatting bull ****e
Thanks 19th I stand corrected.
AIM Rule 17 - A holding of 3% or more in any class of AIM security (excluding treasury shares) and any increase or decrease in such holding through any single percentage point.
So he may still hold some but insignificant at this point. Cheers
I don't think so.
I think people need to realise that if this margin call hadn't come to play then JS would not have sold. I think he sold a few mil around £1 and the rest was an unfortunate situation.
He had 6.25% at 22m. Even if he sold the remaining 9m shares before the 12m sell then he would NOT need to issue a TR1 as he was still above the 3% threshold.
Simply because I know the people/investors who bought including me within the first hour from the bell.
Calling someone colourblind without knowing basic market tactics, to me, that's amateurish.
I get there are a lot of bull****ters in these forums but don't be a knobber and painting people with the same brush.
Hi SuperSym, why would it be bad news?
BEN are producing. The RNS today was the reserves. People I know have seen the mine and see what the output is. If you're not happy fella then sell up but the Markets are bleeding everywhere.
Also am pretty sure they would have buyers on the table as their outputs are not only high grade but consistent.
DropD, With what's happening around the world right now, scarcity, high demand, low supply, there are likely potential buyers for BEN on the table at least circling. I would envisage a buyout at some point this year, maybe in not too distant future, so people on here spitting out numbers like £3-£4 may not be far off :)
BEN is a golden share, a rare Gem.
Geo will all due respect I disagree with your comments. My apologies in advance but I'm not sure if you're secretly a deramper here or someone who has been very burnt along the way.
The percentages you are taking about are mainly for the drilling COS and not Discovery (Wildcats).
22% is not at the low end of the chart for a frontier play. In fact 10-20% is seen as standard. It's only higher in the 30-40% range when the drill is in a field with many confirmed hits. As per the PG broker note they are going to perform more tests (probably as part of an MOU) that will lift the COS further but I and some others think this will be bought by one of the big 3.
I agree there is an element of risk here, however I do think they have found something.
You only have to look at the chain of events to see something is being cooked here.
21st Jan - Directors Incentives. 26th Jan Report. The MMs have kept this down purposely. This didn't even go over 2p, with a previous estimate of 680 million barrels and now 2.2Bn?
Everything has a risk associated but the above chain of events is just too coincidental.
Think we will hear news within the next 2 weeks.
GLA
Asimilar just released and RNS on the back of Dev's RNS.
Great News!
The Board of Asimilar Group plc (AIM: ASLR), the AIM quoted investing company focused on technology opportunities in the fields of big data, machine learning, telematics and the Internet of Things (IoT), notes that Dev Clever Holdings plc ("Dev Clever") has today made an announcement ("the Dev Clever Announcement"). This is reproduced below.
As announced in an RNS of 1 December 2020, Asimilar's wholly owned subsidiary, Intrinsic Capital (Jersey) Limited ("ICJL"), has conditionally subscribed for 20,000,000 new shares in Dev Clever at a subscription price of 10p per share ("the Subscription Shares"), being the second tranche of its subscription rights to invest in new shares in Dev Clever.
Any thoughts on this ladies and gents?
I know more than many here how good of a share this will become. And the next 6 months are going to be stellar!
My question here is given we are only showing the first 6 months. What do we think this will be and do to the SP?
It says
INNOVA are providing Lateral flow test kits to support the UK Covid-19 testing strategy and to enable mass testing for C-19 through rapid testing and to supplement diagnostics capacity.
A lot of people on here forgetting the ODX presentation and the ramp up to 1 and 2.5m per week.
Question - why would you do this without sales confirmed??
Wow your English is fantastic ????
