They (stk) actually started with 636million shares at 0.60p. Now we have 618million. 40% owned by directors and another investor at much higher levels. Looking at the FJET placing. A recent poster made pretty good sense of FJET v Easyjet. Easyjet started with Stelios money. Fjet started with other people's money. Which model would you be more prudent with.

So there are 618million shares in issue with which management and related parties own 29% and Terry Tyrrell (who picked up his shares at 0.60p and 0.35p) owns 10%ish. 40% owned buy two parties.

LSE has the incorrect number. Its actually 618million shares not 736million.

I tend to find that when management do hold stock they make a good of it and those that don't really are uninvestable.

They(Directors0 hold 29%. If you look back there was a 15million sell. I expected the market makers to stop taking further sells but they were still willing to take a shedload off me. Leads me to believe market makers still after a few shares here.
