Not for a couple of decades. In the EU: level 4 investment advisor, also regulated in the US as an RIA (Series 65 licence) which is different from a Broker Dealer (Series 7 licence). This isn't showing off any more than a medical doctor or engineer listing their qualifications. Most adults have qualifications of some sort that enable them to find work.

Vince, it's a fuel additive, it's really not what we do. Generally, yeah, there are lots of companies younger and more successful than us - it's not tough competition. If you've got an example of a Quadrise competitor that's pulling ahead of us I'm all ears.

Percentages are irrelevant, the share price will be what it with be - the previous share price (currently) is priced for failure. When the signatures required for the trial (and then actual trial start) come through, I'd think a minimum of 12p (remembering we had 8p with much less). What that happens to work out to in percentage terms couldn't be less relevant. And more broadly, what can fall 2000% can rise 2000%.

Indeed. The people who are paid for success aren't the staff - they're us. The staff are paid to turn up and do their jobs to the best of their ability, success or failure.

This is the reason for all the complaints of course. People login, see the balance at the bottom of the screen has gone from £100k to £28k and it feels awful. No arguing with that. But the real problem is the lack of progress news, not the steady fall in share price. Immensely frustrating all the same.

IR will not and cannot provide any substantive answer to questions that isn't already public. Progress will be announced to everyone when it happens and not via email or garden parties.

I never said "don't worry" - lots of sellers *coming to the market* is important to the share price. This is because if there's lots of supply (sellers) and less demand (buyers), the price will drop until the supply and demand (buyers and sellers) match exactly so shares can be exchanged between them. This is what happens in any market. You might have many house sale advertisements online and an increase in these will push the price down until the advertisements result in sales (and purchases).

Seeing lots of trades on this website that are red and labelled as "sells" is because the trade takes place below the stated mid-price. Why? Because the share price is falling (due to more sellers than buyers - not due to more actual sales taking place) and the mid-price is effectively out of date by the time the trade takes place. When the share price is rising, the opposite happens and the trades occur above the (slightly outdated) mid-price.

@MadDogMc - and how would this actually work in practice? They've stated incredibly clearly that they're not in control of the progress, actions and timeframes of involved third parties. How would shareholders communications with the BoD change this?
