During the investor call on 15th Feb, NvS stated that due diligence was still ongoing and that so far everything was very satisfactory.

Is it safe to assume that an offer is now on the table, given that we have brought in Rothschild and Co.? I don’t see why we would do that otherwise.

The only scenario I can see which would result in the share price falling is if the offer is rejected and we decide to go down the self funded route to allow us to further prove up the assets. I think the chances of that are small but anyway I wouldn’t be risking everything I’ve got on it!

I think they are rocking the boat to see who falls out. The big buys tell you all you need to know... there’s a demand for shares. Then again I’m sure you know that already :-)

Nice little shake of the tree there with shares being hoovered up in big blocks... hope nobody fell for it! I guess we can expect more of the same in the coming days. Keep your eyes on the prize :-)

If you can predict the share price in 12 months I’ll be interested, otherwise it’s irrelevant to me :-)

They clearly want to give the impression that lots is going on in the background, let’s hope that is the case!

I don’t think the big money will come in until any perceived risk is minimised. Assuming a deal of some sort is agreed (and barring any issues with the corporate due diligence I don’t see why it wouldn’t be agreed) then the share price will start to rise. Now is the opportunity for retail investors to do some research and get in ahead of the big boys. For me, everything I’ve seen points to this being one of the best opportunities on AIM but everyone has to look at the evidence and make their own investment decision.

I was asking the same question last year about another of my holdings, Jubilee Metals. Since then its up nearly 400% :-)

It’s impossible to say what the share price will be as we don’t know what kind of deal AA will want to do but I think its safe to say it will be multiples of the current price....

I was doing some reading up on what our Cu:Sc results actually mean (see the map on page 12 of our most recent presentation https://tinyurl.com/wwsktkyp ) and found David Wood’s (AA Geologist) SEG paper from 2016. This may have been posted before but if you haven’t seen it, it’s well worth looking at, particularly pages 19-20. The basic gist is that a normal cu:sc ratio would be between 2:1 and 2.5:1. Areas where cu has been leeched out would show very low ratios and conversely areas where the cu has concentrated would show much higher ratios. You can see on our data that there are at least 4 hotspots with a max ratio of 66.79 and adjacent to these are dark blue regions indicating cu leeching. The cu:sc values for FQM’s sentinel mine are between 8 and 10,000 for the hotspot.... so we could be very close to several motherlodes!

Hence why NvS states in the the presentation “Multiple Tier 1 copper assets” and not “Possible Tier 1 copper assets”!

So this suggests Maersk are unlikely to be looking at MSAR / BioMSAR as a long term solution if I understand correctly. That’s assuming of course that they have a working ‘duel fuel’ engine and can create a reliable methanol / bio-methanol supply chain.

This was the interview which really convinced me I was on the right track investing in Jubilee. I don’t think the wider market quite understands the full potential here just yet... as Leon states, tailings reprocessing will become an industry in its own right.
