Been avoiding the forum for a few weeks recently, in fact I even managed to not look at the SP for about 10 day's in some super human feat of mental strength, decided to have a look back here today on the back of last week's interesting end, some great posts as usual from the usual LTH's.... Then RugRats! That's a new one....we should run a naming competition, suggestions on what Mr F1, Selby, Rat's next alias should be.
I never actually followed any of his tips with my money, but I did enjoy reading the conversations back then, although most of it was just arguments lol I've scrolled back a few pages and it doesn't look like many names are still around posting like you say.
I spent 6 months invested in Aston during the first lock down, from 48p to selling at 82p held out for months on end reading this board everyday, the 50p "golden tickets" took my money and moved to AFC Energy in December and made a tidy profit, can't believe how cheap this still is and I'm back now with longer term view, there was a guy on here by the handle DimitheGreek used to work magic with his price forecasts is he still around. Anyway, loving the new look Aston and looking forward to the rest of the year.
"Need I say more" Than what? Bumbles factual post regarding your previously grossely incorrect statement? "The delusion continues from you". If that isn't irony then I feel sorry for you. "The wider investment community has spoken and still values AFC at 69p, until such time as real revenue can be expected". 10 days ago the same market valued it at 43p. "The past weekend was a step forward in product ability, but who would really spend money on having only seen new technology working for several days?" Altaaqa? As well as the queue of others who will no doubt shortly be announced and then we can repost this messege proving you to be hilariously wrong again for our further entertainment.
Hot cross buns are you sure you aren't my Nana, 4 slices of smoked bacon under an egg on heavily buttered thick brown toast, for me. Every morning. Do you have staff to butter your scones for you while you pump your 50 grand in on the lows in genius fashion?
Prediction... Could be anything but let's take a guess, open 15% up, everyone's buzzing, drops down through mid morning to almost level everyone kicks offs... . Creeps back up to finish 10-12% up... Lets see how badly that ages.
Risky I'm putting into words the good parts of ex e and asking whats not to like, hardly aggressive mate calm down, nice I do like my football, although as a Newcastle fan not so much these past 10 years lol
Out of interest, what would do it for you then? If you have no interest in some of the best racing drivers on the planet going hell for leather (literally risking thier lives for entertainment) over beautiful expanses of terrain in cutting edge 500 horse power SUVs, massive crashes, unbelievable skill, 300 foot drops, everything else involved the tech the graphics the drone footage, remember this is stage 1 of race 1 they will learn from everything, everything will be better next time and every course from now will no doubt suit wheel to wheel racing better, if it doesn't do it for you then fine, you stick to Midsummer Murders mate.
In my opinion that's just drawing completely unnecessary negative attention towards what has been an absolutely fantastic inaugural event, and anyone who is interested in how it's powered can find out in 3 seconds on any search engine, and it's called Extreme E not E extreme.
I think if we got literally no mention at all it would make no difference, if the fuel cell was hidden in a dark corner out of camera and no one ever mentioned it the people who matter will still know it works and it's now fully field tested proven tech. My Mam watched the coverage and she will have seen the fuel cell, not sure she's going to put an order in for one though.
That's part of rallying, you had your time trails, the most skilled drivers made the final and the most skilled starter got in front off the start, not all the courses are on dust so it's not an issue, can't have an extreme rally championship without racing on dust so it's pointless moaning about the lack of racing, the danger and difficulties it causes the drivers is part of the challenge and excitement, no wheel to wheel racing this round but plenty other aspects to enjoy.
Not really sure what your argument is bumble, you don't need to look on google maps, you don't need to go to kent, north south east or west from any city town village hamlet, everywhere we destroy natural habitat, why not look at London as a whole during ww2 compared to the natural landscape it has engulfed and destroyed since then, or why not close your eyes and pick any point on google maps. Your making a point for extreme E not against it, this is why Extreme is happening.
