We have a minimun of A$250m already, probably higher but let's use that

Current RFQ (previously told they came out in Nov 2020) is A$900+ and doesn't include China or other QC.

Then depending on how you read this we have somewhere between A$900m -A$1.8bm in 2022

$1bn or A$1.4bn very doable in 6 months imo, either way win enough of the first A$900m and the pound will drop.

My comparison has always been the Mobileye IPO which was $5bn (100p a share give or take) in 2014.

So I think we have a takeover in the next 6 months which values us at mobileye IPO 8 years earlier.

The metric i think drives valuation will be Auto forward orderbook which needs to be above $1bn, after this weeks announcement on RFQ value that seems very likely imo.

Mirabeau, Fleet is now a standalone profitable business with recurring revenue, so could be sold off, for a very decent amount imo.

I tend to agree that QC would want the auto business and also they would want Aviation but not Fleet.

QC did own Omnitracs years ago and sold that off to VC.

Within 6 months was my view last week its a stronger view today, be surprised it we don't have a first bid by CES

The current SP is just noise, there must be a few A$100m+ contracts coming our way this calender year and then it will happen very quickly.

QC are a global giant ($170bn market cap) who have embedded SM and Arriver (Veoneer) tech, they saw their supply chain been bought and reacted

Whoever bids first for SM, no matter what the RNS says about II voting for the deal, it will be countered.

Very, and this one hasn't run its course yet. Veoneer are trading above the QC offer so market expects a counter to the counter.

Offer represents an 18% premium to the Magna offer to acquire Veoneer

For years people said I was a ramper, so much I started to believe it myself

If I was asked yesterday, whats the value of live RFQ I would have used some facts to ramp
- Paul said it increased
- we think our orderbook of auto wins is around A$200-250m
- so maybe double that say A$400-500m

Ramper they would shout, telling me why that can't be right(with no evidence), maybe they would throw in a losing horse tip for good measure.

However, today I am blown away as I was a deramper after all, I feel dirty, I became one of them, I was lucky not to be a green blob

The true answer was double what I thought, it is A$900m+, I am almost lost for words.

Another one to ponder is does the A$900m include or exclude QC, listen from 17 mins and see what you think, when he says "won" I think he means issued....

- we are now working with 16 Tier Ones, previously about half of that amount, I can't name 16.
- Fleet is a standalone, profitable business
- cash was A$11m above the Cenkos forecast

My View
- we win A$600m+ of the RFQ
- Aptiv is one of the 16, killer blow to SEYE
- Honda is one of the Japan wins
- auto orderbook of wins will be above A$1bn in 6 months
- something big will happen in Fleet
