Something did come from it Qualcomm made the decision to embed our Tech into their stack for Snapdragon4 and SnapdragonRide which they announced at their automotive event in Jan 21, they work with 23 of the top 26 OEM, so its pretty clear where this is heading.

Phil, we only had one Design Win RNS for Ford and that was in June 2018, so was this car planned to have DMS back then, I don't know, was the Mach-E and the F150 Lightening, again I don't know.

I am less concerned about naming models for me its about whether they have had additional design wins for Ford above the announced A$50m. They don't even have to name Ford, "North America OEM" would do fine, just the $$ I am interested in.

Any mobileye valuation will be driven by the forward orderbook, thats what an acquirer would be buying

First step is the mbly IPO price from 2014 of $5bn and they had forward visibility of 100 models of cars, as we are above 30 already then that is achievable in 6 months imo.

The lowest I could justify would be the 2014 mobileye IPO price of $5bn, which is around 100p. Highest is the Colin B view of $20bn.
Range for me is 100-300p if it happens in next 6 months or so

About a year ago he did a similar post, less bullish but similar and the SP went on a biog run doing 4x within about 4 months.

This time he is even more bullish, so what has he said recently
- A$900m current RFQ (recent RNS)
- 90-95% margin on auto (recent interview)
- growth out to 2030 (recent post)

Put those 3 bits of info together and if you are trying to buy SM you get a very clear idea of a takeover range.

Its not that simple, NCAP award credits and then its all added up to create an overall rating. It's possible for DMS to score lower and still get 5 stars depending on what other safety systems are in the car and how they score.

The message from Thatcham is DMS in every car, so our only worry will be market share and with QC and 16 Tier Ones I am not worried.
