In FY24 we have $15.2m of combined NRE & License revenue, and $10.6m of royalties

Assuming a similar number for NRE & License and the cars on the road landing in the range estimate from the company then $30-35m looks reasonable estimate in my view.

I thought Mitsu have just taken 15% (new shares) at 4.09p, a premium of 55% to today's closing price.

So as predicted the armchair warriors with huge holdings, will be attending from their armchairs rather than see the whites of the eyes of the people running our company.
