I attended an analyst briefing event in Sept 15, I still have the paper copy slidedeck, I wrote one comment with my bic brio. "OEM product for fleet / vans"

All it takes is a little patience and everything happens eventually, a lot might happen pretty quickly IMHO.

Gosh, depends how you measure it.

My measure for my holding is, number of shares x SP = value

lets use 1m shares as an example

23rd Oct SP was 4p, so the value was 1m @ 4p = £40k

The value today is around £98k, so the value for someone holding 1m shares has increased £58k

Most shareholders would deem that a decent reward in 5 months

McDelivery is building a very good business here, some facts are always useful.

23rd Oct 2020 - US Investor
Raised = $20m
SP paid = 4.1p
Shares issued = 372m
Dilution = 10%

Just 5 months later and he has delivered

Raised = $10m
SP Paid = 10.5p
Shares issued = 68m
Dilution - 2%
Premium to Oct = 156%

This is great business and we all know what happens next, the price will move to the fundriase price and then bounce, happens every time.

Just sit back and watch.

Very very nice, we all know what happened when the previous US investor bought in around 4p.

Huge positive for me that we have McDelivery presenting as the markets open at 0800 and receiving questions from investors in advance.

Next week we have the event with Colin B and Nick speaking alongside Omni and QC, could be a few weeks like we enjoyed in Jan.

I don't rule out being nearest the pin just yet.

9 programmes across 6 OEM is up to date, as per the most recent design win RNS dates 2nd Sept 2019.

A few things from me, and its a fair point you raise

1) Supercruise or Ford Active Assist
- These are not a DMS system, they are advanced driver assistance systems which are enabled by DMS, top end cars

2) Qualcomm
They have added SM DMS to their stack, so its standard for all OEM who choose their stack.

3) Omnivision or other semi who license SM IP

- They are in the standalone DMS game, which is predicted at being 30% of the market for DMS, so this is where we will see the true price of standalone DMS, huge volume and we will get a lot of it.

Well Colin Barnden put out an interesting tweet yesterday, even HAGD would pick the winner in this field of one.

"If VW is doing its own software, why not follow Tesla’s lead and design its own chips too? In which case, why not integrate DMS as a licensable IP core?"
