I have a watch list of about 100 shares ,but i mainly play with about 15-20 ,ones i know and you can track the resistance points for buying and selling . Dont really know Care, Val, or Dqe ,sound like Riddlers plays lol p.s Evokev and Thistle are both gooduns ,Thistle is a lady btw .

Best to have a good mix ,all sectors come in and out of fashion ,you have to spot the trends before they appear .Always spread my risk ,i do like the techs and certain oilies ,never touch pharmas and am not keen on banks ,insurance is ok though Aviva/Standard life /RSA ,depends on your timeframe and the returns you are looking for .

Must admit i didnt get on with Humble (custard ) pie ,he was part of an e-mail group ,used to ramp up illiquid shares and get out leaving people holding the baby ,not one to trust IMO . What shares have you got and what do you want to achieve ?

Good move to read before you join up ,i did the same thing ,sussed out a few B.shutters before i posted .Any really good posters have only one I.D (apart from Chiffa,but you should know who is strasight away ,currently posting on XEL as Fanny leaks cream ,have a quick read ) ,he is dead funny as well . Notice you hang out with Riddles ,he is ok as well .If your not sure then trust your instinct or ask someone ok . Always keep your sense of humour and keep your eye on the ball .

My best returns have come from stocks that i have held for a long time ,you can still make money in the markets playing the risky ones for quick in-outs etc . Think of it as your bank account here ,except you will get interest .
