We all know QE doesnt work ..............even the markets have finally worked that old trick out ! No QE in Sept . The Romans tried it, Germans tried it after WW1 and most recently, Zimbabwe also tried it...and that was to create prosperity out of printing money. Rome expanded to rapidly and in order to pay its soldiers and costs for maintaining an empire, gold, silver and copper could not be extracted at a rate to match those of economic requirements. As a result, new coins were minted with lesser of these metals, which in turn allowed a greater amount of currency to be issued. This in a sense was hyperinflation because a greater amount of money was chasing the same number of goods. Hyperinflation results in a loss of faith in a country to be able to pay its bills and therefore have no issuance of money from creditors.

Evening crims ;-) In the case of the SP 500 index, we have had a strong rally from the 1267 lows in early June to 1409 highs so far (The C wave highs) and recently a pullback into the 1390’s (The D wave). This next leg up should carry the market indices towards the 1440 2008 interim highs which begat the last 5 wave down leg of the Bear cycle that ended at 666 on the SP 500. A case of down the mountain and up the mountain if you will since the 2008 highs to current pricing conditions at 1404. Once this E wave completes in the 1425-1445 ranges (With an outside shot at an extension blast to 1495) we should expect a fairly significant correction of the entire move from March of 2009. This final rally leg could top anytime between Aug 13th and August 22nd as I last updated, with potential to spill over into early September. A close over 1409 will confirm the “E wave” has begun in earnest and you may want to buckle up, as it could be the final blast before some rains begin to pour in the fall Dot dot cash cash cash

Yep but the first jackson Hole meeting in a couple of weeks will be to decide how much to pump into the system at the second meeting in early SEPT ok ;-) So let the market drop for five weeks lovely jubbly !!

I am positively negative about the positive developments from the FED and The ECB clowns to mess up and create chaos in the global financial system ..........................still two gold medals today ;-) Roll on the xmas rally lol

Evening squire ,yep just holding the Dots still the rest in cash ,AIM still getting slaughtered and the FTSE going nowhere atm .GBP just hitting 52 week low ,like many stocks atm,and many breaking below those lows.Oilies out of favour as well as miners .Cannot see any reason to buy back in yet ,maybe at the end of the month ,stocks getting cheaper by the day ! Unless GBP has a significant jump in volumne or some good news it looks like it will drift lower IMO . Anyway hope your good ,and remember you dont have to buy and be invested all the time ,dont trade for trading,s sake ok . Catch you more at the end of the month ,not really posting at present . What am i ,your unpaid ***** lol Only kidding ,read the paragraphs by the Chairman David Robson ,lots of ifs/buts and maybes .Not to say that they have not found some great resouces ,but whether it is commercial and the costs involved well thats another matter IMO . Always got to be your decision to buy or sell .The share has had a good run so check the Macd /RSI and see what the charts say IMO .Good luck whatever you decide ..................................

Evening Vin ,hope 292 is not doing your head in lol .May have paid a little too much for BOR but it will get a nice spike and a chance to make a profit .
