I was invested here for over 2 years. Qbt is well meaning and I don't doubt that their research might be useful. However, there are several major issues. Clarity on test data - what do they have and crucially do the AI methods make commercial sense to the big miners? What happened to the patents? They have failed to patent anything because you can't patent maths or a computer code. SAAS? What is the speed penalty (latency) of using remote server based systems. Finally , QBT is drowning in a debt pile bigger than it's current Mcap. I'm no computing expert but I saw this company stand still for 2 years. Bitcoin mining is a serious challenge and I invested here because the initial idea is good. I just no longer believe that QBT can achieve what they set out to do.

These CLIA tests don't currently need a clinical trial to be used. They will run the clinical trials after commercialisation so that they're compliant with likely future requirements.

Ex-holder here. This share is a traders wet dream. A company with no product or sales. Just endless tweaks to AI based 'methods'. Do they have actual test data that a miner would believe. Will they ever have a saleable product? Does anyone care? The miracle of Aim!

Will the market wait for news?

I bought shares here when Peel invested. Suddenly, BoD and an investment bank start buying - that means something very positive. These boards have been taken over by cranks. No grown-up conversation is possible. This will keep rising.

This is bizarre. So we wait for the next news. JA should have held off buying 25% of his company. Clearly, trying to keep the SP low for his benefit. TRP should be multiples above where we are but the CEO is greedy and rather unconcerned with LTHs who are well down.

TRP is worth much more than this, ridiculous valuation. It will bounce hard over the next couple trading sessions. I've seen it before, back up to 0.05 we will go. The deal is worth multiples of the peak on Friday. The new shares were admitted yesterday - no reason not to buy at this price.

Derampers out in force. The deal alone values TRP at £30M. That's the current value not projections on oil revenue. Also, the SP was 0.04+ before the news of a deal. There is now much more certainty around the deal and it's highly likely that it will complete. Even a very pessimistic valuation would be 0.08p. No reason to be down here, even after that share subscription by JA.

That low ball subscription scuppered the rise. It wasn't MMs, they can't drop the price if no one sells. We used to have crazy derampers, now we have crazy rampers? Is it the same people flip-flopping? The share price should rise but the momentum is gone until the next news drops. Long-term holders have every right to be frustrated given their sizable losses.

This is heading to the placing price. I accept that without news over the coming weeks - the sp will drift. I think that the indeterminate time scales put off short-term investors. The traders build the momentum on AIM - then others catch on and go long. If JA had bought his shares at the market price (possibly with a modest discount) - we wouldn't be here. This will build back up soon, even if it takes a month or two.

any one caught trying to manipulate the share price should be banned for 10 years. i assume that's what slave was trying to do? all this talk about not being able to buy? stop it! i have faith in this share but the bull****e is too much sometimes. we have crazy manipulative derampers who need help - you don't want to join their ranks. it's disappointing to see the share price so low but a correction is long overdue. i expect this will be back up by the end of the week. there is no reason for a drop after that rns - yes, ja got discounted cheap shares which the market didn't like. that doesn't change the value of the deal.

Aim, why did you sell at a 10k loss? Why are you blaming JA on other chat boards? You have sold low and now want other people to do the same? Why would you promote such a losing strategy. I've been investing many years and JA is actually a respectable CEO. He's made some mistakes but as a major shareholder and beneficiary - he has every motivation not to fail. He's not just drawing a salary while stringing along other investors. He doesn't post hot air/misinformation on twitter/X to manipulate the SP - this practice should be banned and fined on LSE. Aim you might have taken a big loss, but you didn't need to. You do realise that the point of investing is to make money, right?

I resisted selling because I know the value of this share - it's in the RNS, why would you sell before any significant upside? I was here before September btw. Once the SP starts to rise folks will be jumping on again. Market herd effect...and an irrational response to a remarkable deal that instantly values TRP at £30M+...

So you can get in lower? You are so transparent. The name changes are relatively few over the century of history with this company. You can't claim that they have no experience. Prime are now focused beyond Pakistan, hence the name change last month.

The deals value TRP at around £30M. That's the target, makes no sense to be down here. Yes, Namibia was cheap but TRP were lucky to get any deal - how many years have they be trying? Also, bank finance will now surely have a future role. - so, much less dilution going forwards. This was the best TRP RNS for years and yet the market is asleep. You can't deny the value of the business - even a bean counter would point to what Prime paid for their share. And no mention yet of SA!
