In my understanding, it's a standard boiler plate phrase. Any new information would have to be in an RNS and not a company presentation. Anything new will have to be released as an RNS before the meeting. There might be an RNS before the meeting, they are not discounting the possibility.

I leave that to the guys at ENET. The drop last week was massively overdone and anyone with 3 brain cells can see that. CMET actually has a clear path to revenues and a clear timetable for news. The SP could increase 5x and the MCAP would still be tiny at between 35-40M. It's a no brainer really - actual fundamentals.

Many traders will not keep their profits in over the weekend. It's a pattern repeated in many shares that have seen explosive rises on little material news. Congrats to all those who made a killing. Many couldn't buy anything over the last couple days. I bought some but sold a little too early. Oh well!

Is the company on the verge of bankruptcy? When directors are chucking in their own money - it's a desperate situation. Enet has seen a remarkable surge but I doubt it can continue without material news that improves the outlook for the business. Aim has a habit of blowing up terminally ill stocks that are in their death throws. I've never seen anything like the Enet rise though, you just couldn't have seen it coming.

MCAP should be much higher.

We shouldn't have dropped 40%, I think that a rise back up is highly likely. The day traders all exited clearly. They have to buy back first. The MCAP much higher that much is obvious.

There are lots of software companies who don't patent their code (because they can't) - it doesn't stop them from earning lots of money.

The 40% drop over the last couple days was completely unjustified as the RNS was really great news and more good news is coming very soon, I expect the share price to head back over 4p now.
